Poor service and quality

As a platinum member who stays with IHG hotels every week this was by far the worst hotel and honestly makes me want to cancel future stays I already have booked in another state. I checked in and checked back out after not the appliances did not work and I was told to just unplug the fridge for a few hours and then try it!

Very nice staff, very clean rooms and a really comfortable experience. I highly recommend this hotel in Pampa to anyone looking for some refuge from the road. I stay in a lot of hotels and this is one of the very nicest I have stayed at in the Holiday Inn express group. Thank you to the staff for creating such a pleasant experience.
