Great customer service. I felt welcomed. Everyone was professional. I just wish they had a faster elevator or more than one.

There are a lot of hotels Downtown Brooklyn but this was a good one. Room size was okay. Only thing was that the bathrooms were small but that isn’t anything that you can’t change. I would still stay there again. I liked that there was a restaurant next door that you could enter from the hotel. After traveling all day, it was great to just walk downstairs and get some dinner. Having valet parking next door made it quicker. The check in time was a little long because the receptionist was dealing with an issue with another customer. I do wish someone would of came out to help him get the line down. The say was overall good.

Managers are despicable. Do not stay at this place.
