Comfortable Bed and great staff

Bed was comfortable. But I noticed a small cockroach in the bathroom. They should really clean better

Enjoyed a good night's sleep and a very good breakfast, better than most.

We’ve stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times now and this unfortunately was the worst of the stays. The room definitely needed cleaned better as far as vacuuming and the counter tops could have been cleaned better. The shower didn’t turn on all the way and the spout wasn’t sealed to the wall. None of the issues were worth complaining about to have a room change, just a poor quality kinda thing. This was our first stay in the 2nd building, every stay in the first building has been great. The 2nd building definitely needs some updating. For our next trip to Miami (for sons medical appointments) I think we will try a different holiday inn.

Unfortunately the entire building (I was in tower 2) reeks of mold/mildew, which immediately triggered my usually mild/nonesistent asthma. albuterol helped, temporarily, but kept me up all night with a racing heart
Woke up with a super tight chest, sniffles, I think i actually got sick here (written 72h later)
Great Front Desk Staff

I just wanted to mention the manager working the front desk who went above and beyond, I was waiting for the airport shuttle which was delayed, he was able to order a taxi so I could catch my flight. It was a great service recovery gesture and I was really appreciated about it.

This has been my favorite Holiday Inn for many years now. When I travel overseas, I stay a night before or after here, and park my car with this hotel.
I also come for medical visits to Miami and stay here. The staff are awesome...Martin, Walter, Kayla at the front desk and a few whose names I do not know.
Clean rooms, comfortable beds, immaculate linens and towels.
Restaurant to room delivery is a bit understaffed at present but the food is simple and good.
Wasn't what I expected.

First off myself and others that I've witnessed complained about not having hot water to shower with. Second the sheets were dirty upon arrival stopped one of the workers in the hall to see about clean-up, new sheets and also towels but never received. My neighbors were on the fourth floor fighting and arguing. Guys were literally pimping females in the open.
