The staff at this Holiday Inn were excellent. A special thank you the I believe manager on that night she was above and beyond wonderful.

Needed an escape from this pandemic. I was able to relax and recharge from working so many long hours and days since pandemic started. I recommend for anyone needed this to stay at your hotel.
Just the rest I needed after 3 intense days.

The staff at the Clark, NJ Holiday Inn are Always so welcoming and cannot do enough for you! After long days of intense training/education each day, my room at this hotel was a Wonderful retreat. Extremely comfortable bed, clean room, perfect shower/water pressure - Couldn't wait to get back to my room each night.

I travel for work so I stay in a lot of hotels, this one is one of my favorites!! The staff is super friendly and helpful, all aspects of the hotel are top notch!!
Covid issues I guess

They always used to offer breakfast I guess that has been taken away because of covid. There was food in the lobby no one explained anything that has changed due to covid restrictions. The housekeeping staff where excellent. And someone was around at all times cleaning and disinfectant going made us feel safe

Excellent Customer Services. Front Desk Staff very friendly and professional. The Front Desk Manager Keyur and Albania very helpful and I feel very happy to be back to the Holiday Inn and Suites in Clark NJ. Overall experience outstanding.

Cecilia is a great server/host/bartender. She goes out of her way to make sure we have everything we need when we’re in the dining room area, and she’s a genuinely nice person.
