Fresh linens, sheets and cleaning supplies will be provided & placed outside the room • F&B service, amenities and other requested items will be provided & placed outside the room • Outside food deliveries and necessities brought by relatives or friends must be dropped off at the Lobby Concierge Desk and will be subsequently sent to guestrooms between 9am to 9pm • Guests must present valid COVID-19 Negative test result documents according to the HKSAR Government directives upon check-in • Guests aged below 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian • Full deposit is required within 7 days once receive the payment link • Quarantine of 7/14/21 days required.
