Xi'an World Expo Park, formerly known as Xi'an World Park, also known as Xi'an World Expo, is located in Guangyuntan, Chanba ecological area, Xi'an. It covers a total area of 418 hectares, including 188 hectares of water area. It was built on November 10, 2008. Xi'an Expo is the site of the 2011 World Horticultural Expo. On October 3, 2012, Xi'an Expo scenic spot was officially approved as a national AAAA scenic spot by the national scenic spot quality rating committee.
