I loved how clean the room was and when an issue with my room key arose, the front desk fixed it immediately. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedding was clean and tidy when I arrived to check in.

Comfortable and clean. Appropriate for the price. Nothing particularly amazing, but got the job done. Would stay again and recommend to others. Will stay again when I’m in the area.

I have stayed here multiple times while visiting friends and/or attending an event. Staff is always welcoming and helpful. Rooms and hotel are clean. Breakfast is good, but could use some variety.
I am princess and the pea, I brought an 1.5 in foam topper, and then slept well!

This hotel is in a great location. The breakfast staff and variety of foods was great. I also purchased a frozen meal and microwaved it. Love having the coffee and microwave available. Wish could have had offered (to purchase or order) paper plates, bowls, silverware to complete my stay. Loved pool, rooms comfortable and quiet. I do not know if I am a IHG rewards member, or what it costs or benefits aquired in membership.

It was a great stay, the halls were quiet and breakfast was great every morning. I needed a sewing kit that the front desk supplied to me.

Great location to relax and or walk in the Gladstone area. Beautiful river views and walking paths. The downtown area of Gladstone is within walking distance as well as some interesting restaurants. Good access to nearby grocery shopping as well.

Normally there isn't much wrong with this hotel, the front desk staff was incredibly nice like always. Unfortunately there were issues that came up that were not major but make you wonder if people are starting not to care.
I have never worked in a hotel, but I know that every room that I've gone into either had the lights on or a window open to bring in light. Mine did not and when I walked in from a bright day, I then got to fumble around looking for a light switch while trying to juggle my luggage, so that I could see where I was going.
The light fixture in the bathroom was missing its cover and while taking a shower I got minorly flash blind from the LEDs.
Lastly, I look forward to a decent breakfast when I'm on the road. Unfortunately this one came up short. The pancake maker had error codes on it for the few days I was there. The biscuits were rock hard on the bottom of them, where the only thing that saved them was the gravy. Unfortunately there wasn't gravy the next day I was there so I decided to go buy breakfast instead. Luckily the 3rd day, they actually made waffles and a decent spread of other things.
The staff is always nice when you speak to them, and that's one of the reasons I seem to keep coming back here for my work trips. I just hope this is a one off trip and things get adjusted.

Construction was happening and we were not aware this was going to be happening at time of booking. Both mornings had to ask for breakfast items as they were not stocked.

Wish I could recommend this hotel! Great location and great breakfast! Had an issue with the shower/bath (deal breaker for a family stay) that just wasn’t handled professionally. Bummed we had to check out early. Special shout out to the gal who ran the breakfast- she was awesome!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room wasn’t serviced first day, even though we were gone by 11am for 12 hours. No hot breakfast day 2. Holes in wall near sink. Floor in pool area in disrepair. Not what I have come to expect from an IHG property.
