Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 A Positive and Peasant stay at your Home Away From Home I have answered enough questions to give your hotel an excellent rating. So don't make me reconsider my responses by overdoing the positive feedback I have given you. Your questionnaire designers should realized that sincere people who respond to your assessment request do not appreciate the repetative nature of this questionnaire that becomes far too time consuming. Simplicity (and I may add succinctness) is the essence of excellence. August 27, 2015

I found the rooms quite large, the bed was comfortable and the free hot breakfast was a bonus. I think I found my new regular place to stay in Charlottetown. August 26, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Value, Great Food, Great Service Extremely happy with our stay. We slept like babies at night. Staff were all very friendly and helpful when needed. Pool was great to get into after a full day in the hot sun. Sharon the Night Hotel Manager was an absolute gem. She was amazing super friendly and gave us ideas on some local restaurants to try out. We would definitely stay here again when/if we travel back to PEI. The Buffet breakfast was great to get a nice meal before heading out to tour the island. Always a huge selection to choose from such as cereal, pork sausage, turkey sausage, eggs (hard boiled, scrambled, cheese omelets), pancake maker, toast, just to name a few ideas. Coffee is great too. Definitely check into this hotel for your stay we were super please. August 25, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 3rd time at this hotel and will continue Nice, well kept hotel, as is all of the DP Murphy group pf hotels....staff make you feel important and very professional and accommodating....Rooms are very clean and comfortable and great bed to fall asleep on without any inconveniences......Breakfast was complimentary and was appreciated...Overall, will seek DP Murphy hotels and will continue to stay at this groups' hotels as they are great... If possible only one thing that may be updated.....put motion sensor to open the front door when entering and exiting...other that this, All Good..... August 22, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Just Terrible My boyfriend and I stayed one night in Charlottetown, PEI, and we booked a week in advance. We were planning on spending the day being tourists so we wanted an early check-in. We inquired about an early check-in three separate times, where each time they told us they couldn't guarantee early check-in (but to check back another time), which we were perfectly fine with. However, when we finally did arrived at check-in time (actually 30 mins after to avoid the rush) our room still was not ready. And there was no apology. Then the room itself was terrible. The bathroom door wouldn't shut, there was missing amenities in the bathroom, the bathtub and shower had hair in it, the shower head would have had to been for someone who was 5"3' at the TALLEST, and that was pushing it. The free breakfast is NOT worth it because all it tasted like was salt, and to top it all off with, the staff didn't even ask how our stay was. I'd say you get what you paid for, but the price was way too high for whatever we actually paid for. (Maybe a hard mattress and cable?) If I could give less than one star for rating, I would.
