Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Pillows were too high and the key cards didnt work. The staff was gracious but you need to address the issue with the key cards/reader that dont work. It is ridiculous that they have to tell guests which way to place in or pull out the keys for them to work and it is not consistent. Also, the rooms smell musty. February 1, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by the place stunk Literally the hotel should not have been open. Half of the hotel had a recent flood something to do with the sprinklers. They had big fans all over the place. Luckily they had de-ordorizers in my room January 22, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff Overall the hotel was great. The fire sprinklers had turned on in part of the hotel prior to my stay. The staff had to seal off that part of building and use fans to dry the carpet. Again, the hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. I would stay at this hotel again if ever I'm in the area. January 20, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Will Not Be Back The check in was fair at best. No acknowledgement for HIG Spire status. The room was the best part except for POOR water pressure. Skipped the shower. Room was well furnished, clean, lots of room & well lighted. Easy on & off of I-69 but better options within reasonable distance. Breakfast area clean, but not staffed when we came down (8:30). Pancake machine out of order! No bread, did have a few english muffins & 2 blueberry muffins. Omelettes were ok as was the pork sausage. The cranberry juice was out of concentrate. A lady did come in as we were almost done; no interaction. We were not able to use our keys to get back in the room. Betty went to front desk few words from fr desk person but she got the keys. This is not what we are use to or expect when using an IHG property! House keeping gets A+. Rest of staff incl. management need a lot of training & guidance. Great physical property, get the water pressure up to standard & a warm & caring welcoming staff & be a 5 star facility. This is one of my lowest reviews ever. January 11, 2016
