I was disappointed with the quality of the TV signal for an establishment of this type as well as the channel choice. I spent some time in the room and eventually switched the TV off due to the lack of decent channels to watch. I would have expected better seeing that I can get a better channel selection at some Bed and Breakfast establishments at half the cost per night.

This is a great location if you are working nearby. The rooms and bed are very comfortable. The breakfast is one of the best I have had in any hotel and the staff was very helpful. This hotel is well worth a stay if you are in the area. This was the best hotel for the location near my office. The only negative is you are a long way from any restaurants unless you have a car. The hotel restaurant was going through a remodel and I am assuming it will be great when completed.

Well positioned in the JHB area. Safe parking, good clean room. Friendly staff at reception. internet speed slow but good reliable connection.
Breakfast variety was good however I prefer boiled eggs to scrambled, other than that breakfast met all my requirements.

Online check in great. thats about it. To pay that much for a hotel I expect at least room service... working heating system in JHB winter... The Hotel was empty which says alot

I have been a long and loyal customer of your establishment at Maxwell Driver, Woodmead, Johannesburg.
I am wheelchair bound and can really compliment the front desk, kitchen and housekeeping staff for a job well done.
However the restaurant linked to the hotel, associated with the hotel is rapedly going backwards.
A menu is presented with a few wines of choice but in actual fact, only a Roberson wine is on offer. The rest have aparently not been ordered for many months.
Requesting a second Rock Shandy was also not possible because they ran out of Bitters.
The food is to be expected but surely is not a venue where I will entertain a client. No ambition by the chef and even a fried half chicken is covered by a local Nando's dressing.
I should have bought a take away, they would have grilled it at least.
There is no credit card machine, the waiter needs to accompany me to the front desk of the hotel for payment.
In conclusion, the restaurant is amongst many businesses, the potential is left to the unskilled, non cooperative employees. No management ever in sight.
As a customer of your hotel, do you not have an obligation towards me for a all round good stay? The restaurant need guidance.
