Datang Sleepless City is located at the foot of the Dayan pagoda in Yanta District, Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, from the South Square of the Dayan pagoda in the north, to the ruins of the Tang City Wall in the south, from Ci'en East Road in the east to Ci'en West Road in the west.

The Dayan pagoda is located in the Great Ci 'en Temple in Jinchang Fang (now south of Xi 'an City, Shaanxi Province) of Chang 'an City, Tang Dynasty. Also known as "Ci 'en Temple Pagoda", the Dayan pagoda is the earliest and largest existing brick pagoda of four-sided pavilion style in Tang Dynasty.

Qujiangchi Site Park was designed by famous architect Zhang Jinqiu. It covers an area of 31400 square meter. It is divided into two parts: upper pool and lower pool. Qujiangchi Site Park is an open urban ecological cultural park integrating historical and cultural protection, ecological gardens, landscape, leisure tourism, folk customs inheritance and art display.

Qujiang Culture and Sports Park is located in the core area of CCBD (Central Cultural Business District) of Qujiang New Area Phase II, with a total area of 131,000 square meters. With Datang Lotus Garden, Qujiangchi site Park, Qin II site Park to form a north-south landscape axis of Qujiang River. Tang Dynasty City Wall Ruins Park is located 500 meters to the south of Datang City that Never Sleeps, between the two city roads of Yan Nan 2nd Road and Yan Nan 3rd Road running parallel to the east and west. It is the location of the southern city wall of Chang 'an City in Tang Dynasty. It is 3600 meters long and 100 meters wide from east to west, covering an area of 360000 square meter. It is designed by master architect Zhang Jinqiu.

Qin II Mausoleum Ruins is expanded based on the tomb of Qin II Huhai, a key cultural relic protection unit in Shaanxi Province. It is one of the six sites parks in Qujiang New Area of Xi 'an and the only Qinfeng garden in Qujiang.

SAGA International Shopping Mall is located at the intersection of Chang 'an Road and Xiaozhai Road, occupying a golden position at the northeast corner of Xiaozhai Cross.
