Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst IHG Experience I have ever had I have to say I was shocked at the poor service I received at this IHG Hotel, not what you want after getting in on a flight. Check in was very slow despite only a few people waiting, The Restaurant kitchen closed 15 minutes early at 21:45 when we were told 22:00 at check-in, bearly got our food order in time and had to make a comment after being ignored in a relatively quiet restaurant for over 10 minutes! Air Con in room did not work and shower leaked, neither were addressed during my short stay, despite raising the issue with reception. I got the impression that reception didn't care, infact I got the impression that most of the staff just didn't care. August 25, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent staff The staff were very helpful and friendly, lovely to be greeted with smiling faces. The room was comfortable and clean and lounge area very relaxed. Breakfast wasn't great, no bacon or fried eggs only sausage and scrambled egg, which wasn't to my personal choice. overall I would definitely stay again if i was in the area. August 24, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Service and well prepared for travel We used the hotel prior to flying for a fortnights holiday so we didn't have to take on a Friday morning trip to a major airport. It's conveniently located near Stansted and is well prepared for people in the midst of trips and travels. Staff are welcoming and friendly , and the rooms and beds are very comfortable. The rooms are well appointed for the requirements on/near an airport site. August 24, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by air con not working spent 3 nights here , and the air con was down all 3 days , and they were 3 of the hottest days of the year, of course. little sleep the first night , air con was making room hotter , moved next morning, and was given two drinks voucher, which was fine , but I just wanted a cool room. we ended up moving 3 more times, and found on the shady side of the hotel with aircon off , was reasonably comfortable. Having said all that by the 4th move , and after manager checking the air con, she gave up apologised profusely, and refunded the cost of one night , which I thought was generous , and we did leave the hotel with a better taste in the mouth, August 23, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Uncomfortable bed but good service This hotel was reasonable value, and the fee included parking, but the hotel is tired and needs some tender loving care. It does not reflect the same level of quality of other hotels in this brand. Staff were polite and attentive. Had to wait ages to get parking ticket validated to leave after returning from holiday. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A very comfortable hotel, with excellent service I stay at this hotel frequently, and can vouch for the comfort, excellent sound-proofing despite being near the airport, and very friendly service. On my last stay Helen, Sarah, Roberto and Matej were particularly helpful, but I have always found all the staff good-humoured and keen to make even a brief stay enjoyable. My only criticism is that the breakfast on offer could be more varied, with perhaps a few more cooked options. August 19, 2015
