Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Place for the best sleep! Booked this hotel to stay overnight after our holiday. Flight was delayed and we reached very late at night. Were greeted by a friendly staff with a smile. As I can never sleep in hotels because of the mattress, pillows and temperature was ready for a sleepless night... what a surprise! I had the best sleep ever! Quite a lot of choices at the breakfast. Room and hotel looked very clean... what can I say, much better then some of the 4* deluxe properties I've visited. 23 March 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good, but bad The room was clean & comfortable. There was very little noise either from the planes or other guests. The breakfast was poor with hardly any choice. it's only continental, but there should be a bit more choice than yogurt and fruit. There was only white bread and one toaster. Lastly, £3 bus ride to airport which is only about 7-8mins. 30-40 people jammed into a mini bus. Nice little money spinner for holiday inn. Making £100 per trip. 13 March 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible Stay Arrived at hotel for my wife to have a 4 day course with The Wise Hippo (Birthing Program) Was given room 439 right at the end of floor 3, walking into the room to find room at 18C. I have two children with me so went down to reception to ask why aircon wasn't working. (the fan switch had broken off) 6 hours later someone came to replace the aircon unit, The room took 3 hours to warm up! I had a 4 year old and 1 year old to look after while my wife was in a all day course. Aircon was very very noisy so had to leave it off most of the time. Went to have a shower around 3 hours after arriving to find no hot water, This was not communicated to me at check-in, Went down to reception to find its been broken all morning and that the part to fix this was not going to turn up for 2 days, Unhappy was an understatement. Spent two days without having a shower or able to wash my children apart from a cold wash. Mold growing in in room, tired carpet windows very dirty, not happy Breakfast terrible, low quality food and trying to get a bowl was a nightmare as none available. Wireless broke on day two after an "upgrade" that wasn't communicated, even with "free wifi" plastered all over the hotel, signal didn't reach room after "upgrade" Didn't east in restaurant due to communication from other people staying suggesting not good and no paths to get over to the garage and had to cross a busy road Overall very poor stay would not return! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Hotel -Easy for Stansted A good value hotel, excellent location, good bar and restaurant area. Attentive staff even for a busy airport hotel. Parking for Airport is excellent -better than parking at the airport One very small gripe is the £3 cash charge for the shuttle bus to the airport - a method of paying for this via the hotel should be offered (ticket machine or room bill -unless I was unaware of this ability to pre-pay) 12 March 2015
