Hailing from Rathmore, Ireland, Chef Jerry Moynihan champions purposeful, collaborative food preparation. With over 25 years in the culinary field, his journey began growing up on a farm where he embraced the farm-to-table ethos. After earning his culinary degree, he worked at several notable venues before joining The Squire in 2025.

Currently closed for the season, Watchtower Pool and Patio is a go to spot for light bites and cocktails when open.
