Good basic service. acknowledged my élite status but did not give me an actual room upgrade even though they said they were going to. Staff was helpful and breakfast had a good variety of menu items to choose from. No welcome amenity offered.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Resort Krabi Ao Nang Beach, and I must say it was an extraordinary experience that left me beaming with happiness. From the moment I arrived until the day I reluctantly checked out, everything about this resort exceeded my expectations.
The first thing that struck me was the breathtaking location. Nestled right by the pristine Ao Nang Beach, the resort offers stunning panoramic views of the Andaman Sea and the surrounding limestone cliffs. I couldn't have asked for a more picturesque setting for my vacation.

The hotel's staff are friendly and professional, breakfast served in the in-house restaurant came with variety of choices. We pre-ordered he family dinner package, really enjoyed the cozy environment, nice food and beverage. Nearby the hotel there are many leisure places for tour, food, drink and massage. A premium grocery store just 5 minute walking distance.

Overall, the hotel did a great job renovating/upgrading facility. Beds/sofa were comfortable; clean. Staff were genuinely nice and courteous. Not much to complain about the facility at all.

New hotel at a great location and good breakfast at a very reasonable price point. Certainly a nice place to stay to enjoy Ao Nang and the surroundings. Kudos to the service staff, they are helpful and earnest.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff that made me feel right at home.
One of the highlights of my stay was the dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The dishes were bursting with authentic Thai flavors that truly tantalized my taste buds. Each bite was a journey through the rich and aromatic spices that make Thai cuisine so special. The attention to detail in the presentation and the careful balance of flavors in each dish showcased the culinary expertise of the chefs.
It was an absolute delight to savor such a memorable meal.
