Old Karuizawa Ginza Street

A cobblestone shopping street. The shopping street is lined with stores of various genres, from historic traditional craft stores to the latest restaurants, culture stores, and sweets stores. Historic buildings such as Union Church and St. Paul's Church can be reached on foot, as well as the scenic spot of Unba Pond. The area is crowded with many tourists from spring to fall.

Kumoba Pond

One of the most scenic spots in Karuizawa. The seasonal scenery reflected on the surface of the lake is scenic and attracts many visitors regardless of the season. Located near Old Karuizawa, it takes about 20 minutes to walk around the lake. Roppon Tsuji (roundabout), which is rare in Japan, and cafes are scattered nearby.

Senju Hiroshi Museum
