Step 1: Set Up Your Rate
- Download the DIVVY app, or visit enterprise.divvyparking.com
- Create and activate your DIVVY account, then log in
- Go to Settings (app) or Account (website) and select Premium Pass
- Enter the code "hotelihg" and tap the '+' button to activate your rate
Step 2: Reserve Your Space
- Search for 131 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne
- Select Daily Parking and enter your stay dates
- Choose the option featuring the IHG Hotels & Resorts logo and Book this space.

- You'll receive a QR code and PIN. Keep these for entry and exit
Step 3: Access the Car Park

Standard hours:
- Scan your QR code or enter your PIN at the "Pre-Book Device" at the gate.
After-Hours
- Scan your QR code or enter your PIN at the top of the Elizabeth Street ramp to open the roller shutter.
Pedestrian Access
Standard Hours
- Use the Galleria lifts on Ground Level.
After-Hours
- Scan your QR code or enter your PIN at the Elizabeth Street ramp device, then walk down the ramp.
Exiting: Scan your QR code or enter your PIN at the exit boom gate. Both the boom gate and the exit gate to Little Collins Street will open automatically.
