The suite we had was large and very comfortable. A full size kitchen. Pet friendly The complimentary breakfasts were excellent. A great variety of choices that changed every day. The best I’ve had in any hotel.

Had a great time! Stayed 3 days, rooms were cleaned everyday, pool was just at the right temperature, laundry was easy access and free, beds were comfortable and the staff was amazing!!! The lady that checked us in was so friendly!! Made my day everyday! The supervisor even came to see us, chatted with us and listened and ask if we were having any complaints or concern! First hotel that cares for their clients like them! Great team, great hotel, would stay there anytime I come back to Edmonton!!

Not a good area. If you want to see drug sale and use, just watch the parking lot. We weren't even certain all of the users were Hotel guests. Did not feel safe at this site. We left and stayed in another hotel that night.

From the comfortable suites , to the gym and free Laundry everything was easy and comfortable. Great value with ease and comfort would definitely stay and recommend.

To the management,
As a Diamond Elite member of IHG i am letting you know that i am dissapointed last sunday when i talked to the lady at front desk around 10 am asking for a late check out 2pm.She said she can't do it because there's a reservarion from hospitals.I asked if she can do it atleast 1pm and answered me NO.She said the latest she can give me is 12 noon.I just don't appreciate how she handle the situation,how she interact on me.Hopefully you can conduct a training for your staff at front on how to welcome and keep your guest comeback.

Was the first time staying here but most certainly will be back. Breakfast was first rate and the evening social complete with nibbles was excellent! The room was HUGE and with the 2 of us and 4 kids we were not stepping on each other which was epic lol All the staff we encountered all had a smile on their face which added to the stay. Heard upgrades coming this year will be interested to see what they do...maybe and outdoor HOT TUB...I know im not the only one asking lol

Great location, great Service/Staff, good breakfast, good size rooms, good price! Takes a bit for the fridge to make ice when you first arrive but staff is wonderful to find some. We’ll be back.

Great value. Breakfast was well stocked aside from plates. The kitchen was really nice to have in the room but the room got very cold at night, uncomfortable bed and the pool was overly loud from the acoustics.

O hotel é limpo, convenientemente localizado próximo ao West Edmonton Mall e tem amplo estacionamento.
Os quartos são espaçosos e limpos.
O café da manhã grátis tem muitas opções, mas falta bacon!
Há uma piscina que é bastante pequena, mas que ainda oferece a oportunidade para um mergulho rápido.
Um pouco caro, mas ainda oferece valor ok.
