设施完善，服务优秀，早餐也比较丰富，尤其行政酒廊不像其他酒店那么嘈杂，环境不错，酒廊的Ryan专业热情，亲手调制的鸡尾酒也适合配餐，点赞

The best upscale hotel in west of Beijing, fantastic facility.
The staff in executive lounge are friendly. Angel as leader is professinal, other team members: Alice, Ada, Bella, Kathy and Weve are supportive and kindly.

The hotel’s design is absolutely beautiful, with elegant details and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast selection is impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. However, customer service could be improved with more English-speaking staff to better assist international guests. Additionally, the hotel should enforce its no-smoking policy in the hallways outside of the rooms to ensure a more comfortable environment for all guests.

酒店很新，服务人员很热情，尤其是酒廊的wewe.angel Ada Bella Alice.酒廊酒水很好，食物很丰盛

Mr li yifan very nice,upgrade room for me.The hotel location is okay, I made a reservation in advance and made another reservation this time. The front desk department did not upgrade my room, so I called the front desk manager again. Mr. Li Yifan provided excellent service and consulted with the front desk manager to help me upgrade the hotel. Although the floor was not good, I still want to thank him.

Great service and great food! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The WiFi is bad! The location is a bit west of the main attractions; I.e. Forbidden City; Tiananmen Square. Easily accessible by taxi.

Room was clean and grateful of the upgrade to a larger room, especially one that is NOT with an accessible toilet. Thank you hotel manager on duty during check in.
However the plaque outside the room next to the door with the bell was sort of broken and hanging out. Notified the hotel and they had it fixed the next day.

Very nice hotel with a very clean swimming pool. The club lounge stuffs are very polite and work very hard to provide excellent service to their customers. It is a very nice and clean hotel that i recommend it to all members.
