位置不好，服务差劲，checkin前台秩序很差，会员柜台形同虚设，前台态度很差，酒廊没开。房间隔音很差。

Layanan dan pelatihan yang buruk, hubungi saya di pagi CI tetapi tidak tahu apa-apa tentang reservasi, tidak sopan dan tidak efisien.
Tidak ada pengenalan tentang hotel, diberitahukan ruang administrasi tidak berfungsi tanpa pemberitahuan tertulis.
Sementara itu, kamar administrasi masih dijual di situs web.
Sarapannya benar-benar bencana, tidak ada pemandu, tidak ada kursi, tidak ada sajian, bahkan tidak ada peralatan makan. Penuh pelanggan dengan layanan dan reaksi yang buruk.
Baskom di kamar mandi banyak bug saat check-in, lampu cermin rusak, telepon tidak berfungsi.

This is a brand new intercontinental hotel. Floor-to-ceiling Windows in the room offer beautiful views of the mountains and forests. The hotel service was very good and my stay was a satisfying experience!

It was an enjoyable stay! The hotel is well-equipped and stylish, with a wide range of food and drink with a very local flavour. I was very pleased with the service at the hotel: the manager and receptionist were smiling and welcoming. The level of service on arrival and departure was professional and quick. I would like to express my sincere thanks to the hotel staff who provided the service. As a Diamond member of the InterContinental, I am generally satisfied with the attention and courtesy the hotel extends to its members! One more suggestion: I would like to see a Diamond member nameplate placed on the welcome fruit plate and breakfast counter in the room, as I have seen similar nameplates in previous Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Centres.
AC is not working

Crowded and bad room amenities. Smelly bathroom and no one clean the breakfast table.
Staff is young and inexpensive and not polite but cold.
AC is weak and can not be fixed.
Do not live this hotel especially during the high season.

已经非常不错了，我觉得是一次很好的入住体验，早餐也非常棒棒哒。下次出行的首选，如果入住能够有水果就更完美了。
房间噪音

安排的房间比较满意，位置距离要去的地方比较方便，服务态度也很不错，就是房间空调噪音希望可以减少一下，个人睡眠比较浅，希望下次入住可以提前安排查房，避免出现类似的情况发生，
