感觉一般，大堂吧打卡拍照的人太多，占满了大堂，让住店客人在大堂谈事情都没个安静的空间，希望这方面有所改善

Not an ideal hotel for business travelers. Table with glass deck, so very difficult to use a mouse. Room not big, but many mirrors for sure, to let you feel the room is bigger. Good there is a good variety of tea. Food at lounge HH looks attractive, but tasted no good. Breakfast food too. Not very generous to IHG members, definitely won’t come back again.

劳动节假期入住深圳宝安京基华邑酒店

抵达：抵达时，由于200多间客房只有60个地下停车位，大堂保安小哥哥积极协调，帮助我把车停在大堂门口。虽然地下停车位不够，但酒店也有应对措施（停大堂门口和旁边营销中心）。
办理入住：办理入住的前台人员高效有礼。虽然是美团买的房券，但酒店也给了我白金对应的礼遇：欢迎水果，房态允许下的房型升级，以及延迟退房。
入住体验：酒店于24年底开业，目前正处在硬件的最佳赏味期。不管是泳池、健身中心还是大堂、餐厅，装修风格灵动，虽是中式风格，但也灵动飘逸。开了一个小时车去往酒店，本来人很暴躁，但一进大堂就让人觉得舒心。
泳池：泳池的装修很喜欢，位于24楼顶楼，远眺公园和海景，令人心旷神怡。但去游泳的时候有情侣和父女，人多相对体验不佳，要错峰过去。
行政酒廊：酒廊小哥哥Tom热情温暖，服务到位。重点感谢Alan孙晓在我入住全程提供的真诚细致的服务和分享。
早餐：中西式早餐的布局由于餐厅面积较大显得很分散，但无论是中式面档还是西式饼房的出品都很优秀。
离店：退房同样很高效，且停车免费，无需扫停车吗，主打一个方便。
会再去住。

酒店设计非常出彩，一步一景，硬件设施出色。略显不足的是房间面积在这个级别里偏小，部分工作人员的服务稍显僵硬。总之，很值得推荐的一家酒店，也祝愿酒店越来越好。

One of the closest IHG properties to Shenzhen Baoan airport. But the surroundings don't have much shops. The property is new and the condition is superb, and I like the theme of the hotel and feel. Staffs are very helpful and friendly, esp Kelly the front desk manager. But it's too bad that I never get any upgrade, still.

Near to airport! Comfortable bed and good breakfast

As platinum member my status was well recognized and due to China Labor day long holidays, all rooms were fully booked but I was given the opportunity to enjoy the lounge facilities to made my stay with hotel with great satisfaction! The management had shown their exceptional care and attention to IHG premium members!

Great experience at check in, the shower was amazing, bed was made several times and room always clean and neat. Definetly a great addition to the IHG family
