The normal pillows provided in the room are not confortable and not suitable for me to make a good sleep. I requested for other pillows and they were run out of stock. The housekeeping was quick to bring it to me once they were available.
Suggestion: Please reexamine the quality your normal pillows.

当天下午入住1913房间，本来一切正常，只是房间有些闷热。晚上去卫生间的时候想把推拉门关上，但是推拉门吊轨脱轨，门卡在了吊轨上，无法推拉，且推拉门突然可以向外推而不是左右推，摇摇欲坠，门有掉下来的风险。我被困在了卫生间里。害怕自己出来发生危险，随即打了前台电话，但是等候十分钟后没有任何人来帮助我，我又打了第二遍，打完后又过了七八分钟左右才有人来。后面来了维修的人，说是吊轨上有东西掉下来。后面给我升房到了1803房间，这个房间在阳面，虽然是套房，但是早上十分闷热。退房的时候前台给了我一个试吃装的小零食。总体来说体验不是很好。

Staff services are excellent. The original pillows provided were not suitable for me and I requested different types of pillows. The problem was quickly resolved. I am satisfied with the new pillows. Thank you.

The hotel is located next to Chanba outlets, and close to the International Convention and Exhibition Center, the room has a wide view, the corner room 180 view is very good, the front desk is also very enthusiastic and professional, overall, very cost-effective, praise

During my stay at HUALUXE Xi’an Chanba, the overall experience was great. The hotel has modern facilities, and the staff provides warm and professional service.
A special thanks to Zihe from the Guest Relations team for her thoughtful assistance. Before check-in, she proactively arranged both of our rooms on a high floor. When the welcome fruit was mistakenly sent to my family’s room, she immediately called to apologize and promptly sent another set to my room, showing her sincerity. Alice, the Front Desk Supervisor, also deserves praise. She warmly handled our check-in, explained the Diamond benefits in detail, and tried her best to accommodate our needs. When I asked for cold medicine at night, she even considered offering her own backup supply, which was truly touching.
The twin room was spacious, clean, and featured a bathtub. The decor aligns well with HUALUXE’s signature Chinese-inspired luxury. Cleanliness was excellent, with both public areas and guest rooms kept spotless. The bed was comfortable, and the environment was quiet, ensuring a good night’s sleep.
There were a couple of downsides. The hotel does not have a lounge, though they provide dining vouchers as compensation. It’s a pity not to experience an executive lounge in an IHG HUALUXE property. Additionally, the air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted, which felt a bit warm. Another minor issue was the transparency of the glass partition between the bathroom and bedroom—this design might be uncomfortable for guests staying in a twin room, making it awkward to use the bathtub.
Overall, the hotel offers great value for money and is a solid choice for both family trips and leisure stays.

作为前至悦会员 虽然几年不曾入住洲际 掉到了金卡 但还是给升级了套房 不错 请继续保持 房内设施什么的都很好 服务也不错 下次还会入住
