Great hotel, safe location near TESLA Supercharger station and Outlet Mall.

Great hotel, clean and tidy lobby and premises. good parking and lighting, safe location. Room was great, clean and well lighted. The A/C seemed to shut off at midnight and not come back on until 5:00 AM so room got a little stuffy and warm. Other than that the room was comfortable. Breakfast was good, the only negative the juice machine was down and no juice packets were available. I will stay at this hotel again.

Really enjoyed our overnight stay at this hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Lobby and grounds clean and kept up. Parking was good, secure and well lighted, safe area next to TESLA Super-charging and Outlet mall. Breakfast was good, although juice machine wasn't working. We will stay here again for sure.

Was not greeted as a rewards member, there was no juices available any of the 3 nights I stayed. There was no coffee available 2 of 3 nights stayed for breakfast. My key card did not work 2 of the 3 nights stayed. The TV did not turn on with remote and satellite receiver did not work. Overall, it was the worst night I have ever stayed at a Holiday Inn. I will be returning to Barstow next month for 3 days and I am not sure I will be using this Holiday inn location.

Overall good place to stay considering have stayed here before and will probably stay again in the future. However the one main issue really is the room key cards. Way, way to sensitive and keep going bad sort a speak. Made sure that I didn't get it near anything to disable it from working. But had to go mulitiple times to get it reprogramed. Had the same issue the last time we stayed, along with a not so comfortable bed. Now on the bed issue kind of not being fare because my wife and I just got a new really awesome bed back home. But again overall good place, people, and location.

So good place and good location and staff was good as well. But Jose and Wesley were there when my wife and I checked in and they both are awesome guys. They both made things so easy upon check in and are worth their weight in gold and deserve a pay raise. If there was a not so good thing, was the bed wasn't the greatest. But all in all would recommend this place to any and all of my family and friends.

The room was extraordinarily clean and very comfortable. Really love the comforter on the bed. In fact I wanna buy one if I could get information how to do that that be great lol. Also just unbelievable how clean it was.

Only stayed for one night, but it was a peaceful experience. The front desk staff was exceptionally pleasant and welcoming throughout. We had a pleasant stay, and we would like to express our gratitude. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The breakfast was awesomely well done food had great taste good seasoning way better than other Holiday Inn expresses awesome like Pyrump, Nv Holiday Inn expresses.

This hotel is probably my worst Holiday Inn experience ever. The hotel is old and worn out. Mold in the shower, a small blood stain on the bedspread, the bathroom fan was extremely loud, the window screen had a one-inch gap, so couldn't open the window, and the refrigerator made a loud clunk everytimem the compressor came on. There was also a stain in the middle of the carpet. The elevator was also pretty dirty and rundown.
The breakfast area was equally run down, with large stains on the seats, and the hot water dispenser for tea wasn't working.
When I was checking out the front desk person barely acknowledged my issues.
Finally, when I called IHG to complain they offered some compensation in points but to date they have not been received.

I could not get in to my room with the pass card 4 times. I was told that I can’t keep my card in my wallet or near my phone. Never heard of such a thing. I’ve stayed here several times in the past without any issues. I was able to use it going out the back door to load the car. It would work once in the room lock then quit on a second try. The front desk gave me attitude and I suggested that maybe the door lock should be looked at. As soon as I put the card in it went from green to red fast. Front desk seemed disinterested

Staff is very nice the rooms were clean and the breakfast met everyones needs. The outlets are next door and the location is quiet
