Well, hello there, fellow travelers! As a former road warrior from Belle Vernon, my wife and I trek back to our old stomping grounds about five or six times a year. Now, for years, my go-to was the Fairfield Inn next door – you know, racking up those Starwood points like a champ. But alas, my business travel days are mostly behind me, and I’ve officially hit Lifetime Gold (cue the confetti!), with Platinum now a distant dream. So, this trip, I decided to shake things up and cast my net a little wider, landing on this place mostly thanks to its friendly price tag and reviews that didn't involve any horror stories.
What did we find? A clean property and friendly staff! Honestly, for an "upper midscale" hotel, that's pretty much all I ask for. Did they have breakfast? Yep, they sure did. Did we partake? Nope! We're local breakfast connoisseurs, and let's just say Belle Vernon has some seriously delicious morning eats that call our name.
Now, for the one tiny blip on the radar: our room didn't get the magical housekeeping touch after our first night. A quick chat with the front desk revealed we were just, well, "missed." Did this send our vacation spiraling into chaos? Not a chance! A quick trip to the front desk for fresh towels and washcloths, and we were back in business. If that little oversight hadn't happened, this review would easily be a four-star rave!
But here's the kicker: I'll absolutely be back. The staff here? They're not just friendly; they're genuinely more helpful than my old haunt next door. So, if you're looking for a solid, friendly, and budget-conscious stay in Belle Vernon, give this place a whirl. You might just find yourself pleasantly surprised – we certainly were!

I was a little hesitant to stay here because after reading some of the reviews it sounded like the hotel needed updated but we thought the hotel was nice. It was clean and very comfortable. The shower was huge. We had a King room and it was very spacious. It had all the amenities that you would need such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion. The a/c worked great on the very hot days that we were there. Breakfast was good. They have lots of options to choose from but if you want water to drink make sure to take your own. I only drink water in the morning and when I didn’t see any and asked for some I was told that they didn’t have any. All the staff were very friendly. There are lots of stores and restaurants nearby. The pool water was a little too cold for us. Before getting into the pool you have to go to the front desk and request a towel which was very inconvenient.

We enjoyed everything about our stay! Great staff, clean room, great breakfast, great pool. Everything about it was great! We enjoyed ourselves and will return someday!

Great price for the quality of the room and people! The pool was great and the guest lobby was very accommodating! The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful!

A group of friends and myself booked this hotel for the weekend in celebration of my birthday.
We did not realize that it was about 40 minutes to an hour away from everything in downtown Pittsburgh, but it was close to everything else that we could think of. The staff was also a joy to talk with, and super helpful with getting to know the area for the few days that we would be spending there. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will be staying again!

Overall this was a nice stay. Facilities were a bit dated and bathroom shower needed a makeover. Other than those things the staff were friendly, attentive, and the food was good. A bit out if the way in PA but there were plenty of services nearby. Will definitely come back.
Will be staying here again.

Very friendly staff. Clean hotel with a multiple breakfast options. This hotel had hands down the best receptionist at check-in that I have ever encountered.

Employees are kind and helpful outside of breakfast staff. Beds are hard a rock. The pool was loud and crowded by what seems like employees friends or family. Breakfast was shut down at 9, supposed to go until 10. I guess if you’re just looking for a place to lay your head it’s not terrible, but don’t expect much more.

Breakfast wasn’t great. Room had a weird smell and is outdated. The shower had a huge broken metal piece that could have really hurt someone. The microwave and refrigerator were loud and unstable. The tv doesn’t give much option. And the temp was very hard to regulate. It got extremely warm in the room.

My family and I had a very positive experience at this hotel. Arrived later in the evening and front desk staff were pleasant and efficient. Room was clean and spacious enough for the 3 of us. Only con to the stay was there were no USB charging ports in the lamps in the room. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of foods that were kept well stocked.
