We always look for a Holiday Inn Express and they continually provide solid value and a pleasant experience. Friendly staff, clean hotel and good breakfast are staples at all their hotels. We'll keep staying there and they'll keep providing quality hospitality.

David helped us after driving all night to attend to a family emergency. We had been up for over 48 hours and called to ensure we could get early check in. Unfortunately when we arrive the hotline had lied as there were no rooms available. David Brown, the manager on duty, graciously figured out how to get us a room so we could get a few hours of sleep before heading back to the hospital. It was incredibly kind and helpful to two exhausted adults and infant who was extremely over being in a car. If you ever stay in the area, ask for David. He will bend over backwards to help you which is an incredibly rare occurrence these days! It was amazing to see that good people still exist and try to help out others. Thank you David!

Excellent service. Felt like family. Room was wonderful. Will stay here 10 times over again. Stayed at this one in Canton, Georgia for a wedding. Have stayed at the one in Aruba several times. You can’t go wrong. Definitely budget friendly!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. What really stood out, though, was the customer service—every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed.

The breakfast each morning was also a pleasant surprise. There was a good variety of options available. It was a great way to start the day.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, welcoming place to stay with great service and a satisfying breakfast.

This IHG is very ahead of the other brands in this area as I have booked others. Total comfort and attention to detail seems to float as a priority at this facility. The hotel staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

I enjoyed my two nights at this property. The front desk personnel were very helpful. There was a miscommunication about my nightly rate, in which I had to call the 800 number to assist. But, all was resolved. The breakfast was awesome. The pool and fitness center were useful and relaxing. Clean room and energetic housekeeping staff.

Room block for wedding

This Hotel went out of their way to accomodate our wedding group! What ever we needed from printing to room changes they happily satisified our needs. As you can imagine a wedding party and extended family can be loud, and demanding. The staff at the hotel just rolled with us. We had a room block but they worked with room changes and extentions and never made anyone feel uncomfortable. The breakfast was fresh and hot. The rooms were clean and ready when we arrived. The internet was fast and easy to connect. The staff from front desk (Joey, Sara and David) and food services to housekeeping was happy to accomodate our needs. They allowed our group to use the conference room for general gathering and watching sports together. The pool area was also great! Clean plenty of chairs, tables and towels.

Nothing speical about this property, everything went fine, other than the knock on the door at 11am asking about us leaving and I reminded him I am a Diamond elite customer, not that it was a problem, but it's the principle, please notate on the sheet for the staff that checkout isn't till 2pm for Diamond elite members and don't knock on the door, we were out of there anyway, but 11:20 or so, but just pointing it out for hotel management and coroporate, if they read these things, I stay here for business too, but this was a personal trip and everything went well, bothing stood out, only encountered one person at the front desk, she was pleasant, it was just an average stay.

This was my first stay in canton ,GA this hotel was amazing from the staff and the rooms were clean. I can’t complain about anything when it comes to this hotel.
