Visited Chennai for a business trip and chose this hotel for proximity to our work. The size of the rooms are appalling, washrooms and bathroom are too small even for one person. Lack of a cupboard makes the whole experience even worse. Food options are limited and the taste was bad to average of most of them. Some of the options in breakfast were okay. There are too many other, better options compared to this hotel room for the price range.

The room was very cramped and the bathrooms were too small to even turn inside. There was no storage cupboards. Not worth the money charged. No extra towels nor tissues.

Had a great experience overall.The checkin was smooth ,and the front desk staff Shijas,Anjna,Gokul,Nagababu&Harish were welcoming and efficient.the room was clean and compact thanks to Ghosh.
The breakfast spread was decent with both Indian and continental options.thanks to Mahinder.Had a great experience overall.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn and, unfortunately, it was not a good experience at all. The overall quality of service provided by the staff was well below expectations.
There were long delays in responding to even basic requests, especially for food. What was more disappointing was the complete lack of follow-up or courtesy calls regarding pending requests.
To add to the frustration, there were no toiletries provided in the room. Despite paying an additional amount for early check-in, the room allocation process was poorly handled at the service desk, causing unnecessary delays.
This experience was far from the standards I expected from a brand like Holiday Inn, and I hope steps are taken to address these service gaps.

A Simple and Serene IHG property with cool and efficient staff working round the clock to make you feel @ home , comfortable and cozy catering to your minutest needs and yet with an amazing smile always .
Stand out were Mr Haresh @ Front office and the whole front office team ,Housekeeping staff , F & B team for the breakfast and the laundrette .
Shweta from the Guest relations had a good listening ear for feedback and ensuring that every aspect is recorded even post stay .

Your brand is good with that trust only i chosen it. But your team is managing like a city lodge with a mind set that poor people cannot afford star hotel so they are deserving substandard service and facilities .

Had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Breakfast was fresh and had a good variety. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience—would definitely recommend for a stay!
