I arrived at this hotel about 10 minutes after booking online. My family and I had been traveling, and this was a last-minute booking so we could get some rest. When we arrived around 1 PM, we were told there were no rooms available and check-in wouldn’t be until 4 PM. I explained that we needed a place to stay immediately and would need to cancel and find accommodations elsewhere. I specifically asked if I would be refunded and was told yes—a full refund would be issued.
A week later, I noticed I had been charged and had not received a refund. I contacted the hotel and was told their General Manager was off-site, but I would receive a callback by the end of the day. That call never came. A week later, I followed up and had to call nearly eight times before someone finally answered around 11:30 AM. I was then told that, due to their policy, no refund would be issued.
I requested to speak with a manager, and the agent placed me on an extremely long hold—it genuinely felt like I was being left on hold in hopes I would hang up. After not coming to a resolution or providing a manager as I requested multiple times, the agent hung up in my face. Completely unprofessional and disappointing experience from start to finish.

Jessica and staff are as good as it gets. Everybody was friendly, accommodating and genuinely looked like they enjoyed their jobs and helping me with my stay. This is an indication of a well trained and professional staff. The hotel and my room was spotless. I strongly recommend this location to anybody staying in the Columbus/Phenix City Area.
The hotel was conveniently located near Columbus University and the interstate. I choose this particular hotel because it was relatively new.

The staff was very helpful with providing bath towels or any other hospitality need. I ran into a problem with my card not being approved upon arrival but the attendant was helped me figures out it was due to travel between states.

First time to visit Columbus and saw this new location and it was near where my friends were staying. I really enjoyed this place. It was hard to find because Google maps couldn't find the entrance and the sign is only readable from the other direction. Most these breakfasts are so-so, but not this location. It was one of the best. This was worth the stay!

Everything was wonderful on my stay. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. However, my one recommendation is to get the pool regularly cleaned. I wanted to take a swim and the pool looked awful. Not sure why it is not as nice as the rest of the amenities. Other than that great trip. Also accessing your property from Warm Springs Rd is a nightmare. Also your sign visibility from that entrance needs to be addressed as well.

There aren't enough stars for me to rate how much we enjoyed our stay at this property!! Everything about this hotel was ah-mazing and the staff was just incredible. We had a big group with multiple rooms and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. We are returning to Columbus in July 2025 and have already booked our next reservation.

The hotel was nice and new and the staff was perfunctory. Be sure to follow the maps direction for Warm Springs Road, not any other road. It's a new hotel and a road that is on some communication I received is not built yet. No big deal but it might save a couple of minutes!

Our stay was excellent. Reasonably priced, staff was excellent and breakfast was great! We now have Holiday Inn Express at the top of our list when traveling for overnight stay.
Thank you for making our vacation better.

At check-in, the desk clerk was very accommodating to our needs and requests. He quickly located a box fan requested by my Sister-in-law. The fan made her stay extremely comfortable.
