Saubere Zimmer, aber beim letzten Aufenthalt leider unfreundliches und unmotiviertes Personal.
Kein herzliches Willkommen.
Smartphone wichtiger als Kunden/Gäste.
Kein guter Eindruck.
Man fühlte sich fehl am Platz.

This hotel was awesome. The staff were very friendly and helpful which made this experience here very pleasurable. The room was ready early and I was allowed to check in early which was great after a long early morning travel time. The room was clean and comfortably cool allowing for true relaxation and totally fulfilled the expectations as shown online.

As I am member for long time I booked with the confidence. As expected it was a comfortable stay and convenient for accessing shopping malls and other places.

Before I got there, the hotel reached out to me to see if I needed anything on my arrival. When my wife and I got there we were checked in 30 minutes early! The room was spacious and clean. There was so much to do with two malls close by I did not even use the pool. But I saw the pool every morning when I had a wonderful buffet style breakfast. Whenever I am going Miami again, This hotel will be my first choice.

An oasis of peace and comfort after a very long flight and tricky drive from the airport. The bed and pillows so comfy. Plenty of charging points and a good choice for breakfast.

It was a nice hotel close to the highways and malls bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean soap dispensers were in the bathroom.

In 2023, my son and I were stranded at the mall. We walked over to Holiday Inn Express and Suites and Alex assisted us with the wifi to call an uber and I vowed to stay at the hotel just from that experience. Fast forward to 2025, and it didn't disappoint. From the check in with Marcus, and being able to tell Alex my story the customer service experience was a delight. From the lobby/breakfast to the room and even a look through at the gym room was amazing. Holiday Inn Express and Suites, be proud of the staff and customer service they provide!

This is now my hotel when need hotel at Doral area.Close to two big
malls..There are so many restaurants in the area.Customer service provided by Diana at the Front Desk was very amazing. Breakfast is always a Plus…Will strongly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This Hotel is spotless, comfortable, quiet, and has very friendly staff.
The breakfast was not the best; for example, there were no healthy options; it would be great to consider heating the pool since it doesn't have much sun. The rooms were lovely and clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming! 😄
I recommend it !
