We have stayed at this location a few times , always very clean, and our room was clean this time , however we stayed in room 107 and it seems there was damaged to the bathroom and it hasnt been properly repaired . The wall paper was hanging off the wall. The shower had black calk . We never mentioned it to anyone because we checked in late and left early. Would request a different room if I was staying any length of time. Again we have stayed at this location several time all other rooms was very clean and up to date.

Thankful for the staff and their kindness. They all went above and beyond. This was a last minute emergency stop as some of our travelers could not make the trip one way. Needs some updating but otherwise great stay.

This hotel has gone downhill quickly. Was a nice place to stay but maintenance clearly been removed. Cleaning has become lesser of a priority. I've stayed here many times when I come to town. This last visit was my last. Everything from counter tops to floors covered in a slippery film. Like a spray but don't wipe feel. It's gross. Shower did not work at all. Zero water pressure at all, I don't mean low, I mean you could not get water to come out of the faucet. When I checked out (annoyed of course) front desk said sorry about that and handed me my receipt. Kept quiet and left.

One of the worst experiences I have had traveling in the US. To begin with, I had to make 3 phone calls to your reservation number with no success. Apparently the reservation system is unmanned, so I was trying to communicate with a bot. I was finally able to get a number to the front desk of this property, but when I asked to reserve a room, I was referred to your reservation 3rd party. I was then referred to a telemarketer in Orlando trying to sell something. The representative sounded inebriated so I hung up on him. So obviously there were issues. Upon arrival to the property I checked in with numerous questions that were in my membership profile. The accommodations were not up to HI standards. I received a call in the room shortly after checking in. This I was told later was again a third party. I said I had issues with the room and the response was thanks for staying with us.

Staying at this Holiday Inn was like stepping into a time capsule from the early 2000s—except somehow more depressing. This place has clearly decided guest comfort is optional. The key cards work about as well as dial-up internet, which is fitting, since the Wi-Fi doesn’t work at all. And the best part? They’ve known about the issue for a while and have just… decided not to fix it. Bold move.
Check-in was a real experience. The line stretched out the front doors, and after what felt like an eternity, the elusive manager finally appeared from whatever lair he calls an office. Shirt half-tucked, looking like he just woke up on the break room couch, he shuffled out, grabbed a bag of Doritos, and promptly vanished again—leaving the overwhelmed front desk staff to continue drowning.
As for the rooms, they’re rocking the “mid-renovation abandonment” look. Sticky carpets, minimal trash cans (one less than other Holiday Inns—cost savings, baby!), and housekeeping only shows up every other day. Because apparently, if COVID gave us anything, it’s the excuse to permanently lower standards.
I’ve stayed at plenty of Holiday Inns, and this one is in a league of its own. If you enjoy frustration, grime, and watching hospitality die a slow death, you’ll feel right at home.

Checked in and the lady at the front was very nice and helpful getting me checked in and very quick which was a good thing as I had been traveling all day. When I got to my room I noticed I had only 2 towels so I called the front desk and again the lady was very helpful telling be I didnt have to come down to get them that she would bring them to me which she did in a matter of minutes. The hotel itself is very comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful with any thing I may have needed during my stay. It could use a update but it is overall a great stay and I will be back.

My reservation at this hotel was for three nights; the first two were paid for by points, the third by credit card. On the afternoon of the third day, I returned to the hotel to find that my card key did not work. I went to the front desk to have it “recharged.” To my surprise, I found all of my belongings collected behind the desk. I had been moved out of the room without notification. (Fortunately, nothing was lost, but as one might imagine there is a certain sense of violation involved.)
I am reasonably certain that in making the reservation I was assured that I would be able to stay in the same room for all three nights. In any event, I was given a room next to the original room. But I fail to understand why it was necessary to eject me from one room only to assign me to another. (It is quite possible, of course, that there was a valid reason that I have somehow missed.)
It seems, however, that the hotel staff—along perhaps with the IHG reservation system—is not able to understand that a reservation for three nights is for an uninterrupted three-night stay no matter how the stay is paid for. The latter should make absolutely no difference.

First room we were assigned was not cleaned. It looked like someone was in the bed, The second room bathroom was not clean. Walls had material spattered on them and corners of the floor were dirty. Shower looked like a spray had been applied and not scrubbed.
The breakfast baked goods were not fresh and a bagel was hard as a rock.
We went on to Elizabethtown Hoiiday Inn Express. The room was pristine. Breakfast baked good items were individually wrapped and fresh.

I stay at Holiday Inn all over the nation. They usually are great, clean and comfortable.
This one NOT. The floor was not clean, bathroom door broken in the center. The bed smelled from urine and stained. Stains on the ceiling and walls, definitely not been cleaned. Manager wasn't on duty and hadn't reached out to me about the issues. Very poor professionalism and concern.

Stayed 1 night on our way south. Staff was very friendly and helpful, common areas very clean and hotel was close to main road. Our room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. The only negative about our room was that the privacy shade on the window looked like a small child had taken a pair of scissors to it and gave it a very bad haircut. The shower curtain was too short and would only stay inside the tub after we got it wet, otherwise it would get pulled out by the ventilation. Note: Toilet sits very low. Breakfast was not up to par compared to other HI Expresses we’ve stayed. There was no bacon, only very thin turkey sausage. The eggs were some type of pre made omelet that was not very tasty. The fruit bowls were empty and no yogurt in the fridge. There was biscuits and gravy along with thir signature cinnamon rolls. Coffee was great and the attendant was very nice. We would stay here again in hopes that the breakfast will be improved.

The toilet in our room sprayed water on the floor when flushed, and the room smelled like urine. A worker was pounding on the wall late in the afternoon in the next room, and prevented my wife from resting after a long car drive from Florida, and I had to call the front desk to get it to stop, which it did, then I had to pound on the wall again when it restarted, and the workman came to my door to say he was done and apologize.
The breakfast was GREAT, the staff was friendly, but the room needs a makeover BIG TIME. Especially the bathroom, which has discolored floor tile from water, and the shower appeared very dirty, so we did not use it. This is the second time I stayed here in 90 days, and I can NOT recommend it.
