The bathroom was dirty. There was a dark slash stain on the wall near the trash can, like someone threw something (dark liquid) in the trash and splattered on the wall. The bathtub had mildew on it. I was traveling with my 15 year old daughter and 4 year old son. (he has autism) we were driving for 9 hours or more and my son has autism big fear of public toilets. So as soon as we got to our room on the 3rd floor I put my son on the toilet and my daughter and I started to unpack our things. I believe about 10 minutes after we were there the room phone rings and it was the front desk saying the people below us is complaining about the noise coming from our room. I was in shock because my son was still on the toilet and all we were doing is unpacking. I did notice you can hear everything in the hallway so the walls must be thin. But I was so uneasy the whole night. I carried my four year old from the bathroom to the bed so he wouldn’t walk on the floor. We stay on the bed and try to avoid walking around and if we did we would tip toe. We stay in so many hotels and before we stay in this note we stay in one for almost 2 weeks in Alabama also on the 3rd floor! We never had a noise complaint. I was so nervous that they were going to ask us to leave in the middle of the night. Next time if the staff gets a complaint they should go to the room and investigate before contacting them. We will never come back here.

My first out of town work stay. Donn went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Ms Brandy was very knowledgeable about dining and entertainment.

The staff that checked us in was very friendly. However when we went upstairs over half the room doors were open including one of our 2 rooms. The room was clean but the pillows didn’t have pillow cases which we received from the front desk. She tried moving us to another room but that room was open as well. The room and bathroom were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was mediocre. The sausage was cool and the eggs were still frozen in the middle. The orange juice was warm. When we got back to our room the second night, housekeeping had come and they took a towel off the counter that I had my shower stuff sitting on so my stuff was just sitting on the counter. There was no need to take the towel. The staff member the next morning was kind of rude to people and there was no juice at all and no coffee. This was at 7:10 am so not even close to the end of breakfast. There were no eggs or biscuits available either. This is the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed and. We chose this hotel because breakfast is normally really good so it was very disappointing.

Every IHG hotel has their own benefits. But the Holiday Inn Express stands out as my favorite by far! Free breakfast. Great staff.

Comfortable beds, good breakfast. The only issue was quite a bit of hair in the tub as in the cleaner did not even wipe it. The front desk staff did assure me that the issue will be addressed, so I will give them a try again.

I liked watching the raccoon family at night there about 10 that come around about 10:00pm and feed in the dumpster watching the family with their little ones fallowing behind is quite relaxing and peaceful for me I love watching wild life out my hotel window when I have a chance

The pool was closed and it wasn't on the site that I booked through this was the main reason we booked there! We were wanting to take our kids swimming..

Great Customer Service: Donna always provides great customer whenever I visit the property. The young lady who works in the dining area always provides great customer service.
