Great service convenient location and good value. We’ve stayed here at least five years in a row. We have needed special service requests and they always try hard to accommodate us. There are a lot of good restaurants in the area and hotel is easy to find and get in and out of!

I have stayed at this hotel before. It is nicely updated, with great lighting in the rooms and enough charging ports for most people. The breakfast is great and has a lot of variety. The staff are helpful and friendly. The evening beverage service was a bonus.

Hotel is ok and location is good, close to restaurants.
Disappointed again at a Holiday inn,
I drive a lot all over for work, so I try to always stay at a hotel with hot tub to relax and enjoy after a long day. I had other choices in town to stay with hot tub but because I’m a IGH member I went here and paid more than the others.
Came back after supper to relax in hot tub to find out they took it out May of last year but never updated the website. This is the 4th time in the last year it has happened at a IGH hotel.
Small thing, but parking was limited only because of straight truck and construction trucks taking up 2 & 3 parking spots

We stayed at the Grand Island facility last Saturday evening. My wife and I are in our early 80's. When we arrived, we were very tired and my wife was feeling ill. She needs two items from the drug store, but I was unable to find a drug store still open. As we were checking in, a hotel staff recognized our problem and ask if she could help. I told her we need 2 items, but we're to tired to get them. She immediately said she would go get them for us which she did and delivered them to our room. I didn't get her name, but I want you to locate her and thank her for her kind and thoughtful help. We got home the following day and my wife is doing well. Thank you so much for having kind and helpful people as staff. Again, please let her know how we appreciated her thoughtfulness.

Easy quick comfortable stay

The room was excellent and the staff was very friendly. They did a happy hour in the lounge and when I was looking like a lost puppy the lady there guided me to the snacks and drinks. Check in was fast and the staff made me smile with jokes after a rough day of work.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn in Grand Island, Nebraska. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The hot breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of variety involved, so you never had to eat the same thing two days in a row. Two of the nights we stayed were Happy Hour nights, so from 5 to 7, they served free beer or wine with snacks. We met a lot of great people during these social hours. Overall, we really got a lot of value for the money.

The check in process was quick and welcoming. Our room was very clean and spacious for our family of 6. We all enjoyed the variety from the complimentary breakfast!

This IHG Holiday Inn Express was one of the best hotels we have stayed with. The staff were very pleasant and rooms outstanding for the price! Loved it here!

From start to finish, our experience at this hotel was fantastic. The customer service was top-notch, and the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient, making check-in a breeze.
The entire facility, including our room, was spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast in the morning was fresh and hot, with two attentive employees ensuring everything was well-stocked and assisting guests as needed. They also kept the dining area impeccably clean, promptly clearing tables for the next guests.
Check-out was just as seamless as check-in, making our stay stress-free. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
