I have booked through a different platform, but though I am an IHG CLUB member AND THEY DON’T SHOW ANY WELCOMING NATURE IF YOU HAVE BOOKED THROUGH ANY OTHER PLATFORM.
I am visiting this property so frequent, but then also, there is no welcoming nature at the time of check-in or checking out.

This hotel is located within a Mall and therefore shopping is easy. Satyed for 5 nights in April/May.
The general manager himself is on the floor for troubleshooting and inducing a culture of service to all guests, this is phenomenal.
The hotel is very keen,very well located within Gurugram,good value for money and staff are really helpful.
The rooms are small but every inch of the space has been used very thoughtfully.
Overall good stay ensured by all staff.
Well done to Mr Ratra for leadership with "lead by example".

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Gurgaon. The hotel is located in a very convenient and accessible area, making travel around the city easy and hassle-free. The property itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers a comfortable environment.
What really stood out to me was the excellent service provided by the staff. A special mention to Anmol and Gulsan, who were extremely helpful and courteous throughout my stay. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made a big difference in my overall experience.
Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays in Gurgaon.

The stay was comfortable. The staffs were polite and helpful. Mr. Gulshan Abha Sharma helped us for a smooth check-in at the hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Express Gurugram Sector 50. The room was cozy, clean, and perfect for a short business or leisure trip. The location is convenient - peaceful yet well-connected to the rest of the city.
What stood out most was the exceptional service. Duty Manager Gulshan deserves a special mention for his professionalism and genuine care for guests. He made sure everything ran smoothly and went the extra mile to make the stay comfortable.
Overall, a great experience. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Not expected from an international chain. It could have been much better

Hotel location is OK. Staff is careless. Random people can open the door and enter in the room, claiming this is our room. Reception staff issuing same card to multiple occupier.
2. Staff at reception sneezing, coughing and not following international hygiene standard.
3. People walking in the lounge can be heared.
Though intercome not working so have to make normal call on reception instead of through intercom.
4. Have to follow up the request. Service nor provided at first request.
5. Random people open the door enter in our room and claim this is our room. We checked in and present in the room. How comes a stranger can open the door with different card, so it's security issue, privacy issue and insecurity even while in the room.
6. Only good this is breakfast.
I will not recommend this hotel to any one. It's just a OYO standard hotel not chain of international IHG
