Great staff at clean, safe, comfortable hotel

We appreciated the friendly, professional desk manager who checked us in the night we arrived. (Thanks for the toothbrush!) The hotel and parking lot were safe, and the room was clean and comfortable. Unexpectedly nice view of trees from our room.
Ok hotel, cleaning lacking

Ok hotel, needs better cleaning, carpet cleaning, and better maintenance. Garbage was left from previous guest, piece of crust on the floor and stained carpets. Back door didn't work so harder to get to room and faucet in bathroom needed maintence, wobbly and not much pressure. It was not worth traveling the five miles from the interstate.

We would have rated this hotel a "10" had it not been for loud construction noise at 6am in the room above us. The sleeping room was nice with room for luggage, comfy beds/pillows, and a decent-sized bathroom. The lobby area has lots of comfortable seating, and the dining room also has a good variety of seating, in addition to outdoor tables if weather allows. Staff is friendly. No coffee maker, no water cups in the room. We weren't offered water bottles at check in (we're rewards members and are usually offered bottled waters), but after going back downstairs to ask for cups we were told that they no longer provide cups in the room. The front desk offered us 2 water bottles gratis which was nice.

Excellent facilities. Nice pool. Great staff. Very helpful. I would stay here again in the future. This location is highly recommended!

Friendly staff, clean and well appointed. We have family in the area and this is our new "stay and play" location. Thank you for everyone at the hotel who made our stay pleasant.

breakfast was substandard, unlike other stays, and brought to attention of staff , but she said there was nothing she could do. She replied, I dont have time to make more, its too late, even though it was still an hour before closing, and said, there's lot of bacon, have more of that.

Very clean and comfortable hotel to stay at. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast served daily, omelets need some work and it was over cooked, sausage links and the sausage and gravy was great. Watched many adults and kids watch the cool machine that makes pancakes.

Everything about this hotel including the rooms (i had 2), staff, cleanliness, and location were great, except for the breakfast that was supposed to start at 7am. There was a note on the door saying it was "delayed" and by 7:35 we could see staff were working on something but still nothing available except for coffee -- and no updates. Felt like something should have been ready by that time. Many others had been waiting and left and by that time and we couldn't wait any longer so also left. Disappointed and choosing another hotel for my next stay so we hopefully don't have to skip breakfast.

As stated in the title, the hotel is nicely renovated and the pool is nice. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, but there was no hot water in our shower. Members of my family showered during different parts of the day and the water temperature ranged from lukewarm to cold. I asked the front desk attendant and she said it’s a problem when the hotel is full. She offered to text a coworker to see if there were any solutions and she would call our room… we never heard from her. Also, we requested extra bath towels as our room was only stocked with 2 and we are a family of 5, she said they were out of bath towels so we had to take small, thin pool towels to use. Not ideal, but easily overlooked had there been hot water.
Also, there weren’t a lot of food options for breakfast. I can’t have dairy, so my choices were really limited because they didn’t have oatmeal or just plain eggs, only omelettes smothered in cheese.

This is one of the best HIE that I have stayed at. The technology is up to date. Very clean and bright lobby. Very inviting. Huge elevators. Beautiful and clean rooms with huge windows. Walk in shower with glass doors was very clean with crystal clear glass. Everything was AAA!

Staff was friendly. Hotel is clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable with good pillows, but the highlight for me was the best shower water pressure I’ve ever had!!
