Everything is good and excellent service staff behaviour front desk
And restaurant food was best i ever had. Panner bhurji and dal was up to mark very very very good.

Just ruined the image of IHG
Poor reception management
At the time of check in I faced plenty of issues hotel don’t have front desk manager
Have duty manager according to reception staff but duty manager not wear name plate and also he don’t have visiting card.
Rooms are not properly clean and hygienic.
Very poor room service.
Ice bucket also not complimentary for Platinum members.

Holiday INN Express Gopalpura is one of my Fav specially because of their hospitality and comfortable stay. Special Thanks To Mr Sumit Manager F&B for his great hospitality and prompt action. I have stayed in a few HI Express around the world and this has been the best. The complimentary breakfast had the widest choice of items. They also serve a complimentary afternoon tea.

５階のエレベーターホールの近くの部屋でした。
従業員のサービスとかはよかったが、部屋の壁が薄く、隣の声が丸聞こえ。
またエレベーターホールで子どもたちが深夜まで遊び、2日とも眠れませんでした。
眠れないので、隣の部屋や、エレベーターホールに文句を言いました。
まったく眠れず、嫌な思い出しかありません。
眠れないのでエレベーターホールから遠いところをリクエストしてありましたし、一応アンバサダーなのですが…。
今までで一番がっかりした体験でした。リピートはなしです。

i request a refund for my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express from December 22, 2024, to January 6, 2025. I had a very disappointing experience, which greatly impacted my stay. My room was located on the 11th floor, directly opposite the fitness center and guest laundry, which created significant disturbances.
Additionally, the restaurant located above my room, which I believe is leased out, played loud music from 6 PM until 1 AM every day. This noise was incredibly disruptive and negatively affected my ability to rest and enjoy my stay.
Given these issues, I believe a refund is warranted. I hope we can resolve this matter swiftly. I look forward to your prompt response and assistance in issuing a refund.

I recently stayed at IHG Gopalpura, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel forced a mandatory gala dinner charge for my stay during the holiday season, giving me no choice but to pay or cancel my booking. Despite being fully aware that they could modify the booking on their end, the staff outright refused to help and insisted I resolve the issue through the app’s chat feature to contact an international agent.
I spent two hours on chat trying to connect to the agent, during which the hotel staff showed no willingness to assist. It was evident they were hoping I’d give up and pay the exorbitant gala dinner fee. When I finally connected with the international agent, they instructed the hotel to modify my booking, and—surprise—the staff, who had repeatedly claimed it wasn’t possible, suddenly managed to do it within seconds.
On top of this, the rooms were small and far below the standard expected for the price charged. The breakfast served was subpar, with limited and mediocre options. The front desk staff were unhelpful, slow, and displayed a lack of basic professionalism. For a hotel claiming such a high star rating, the experience was shockingly poor. I’ve stayed at 2- and 3-star hotels that offered far better service, quality, and value than this property.
The entire experience left me questioning how this hotel achieved its current star rating. I strongly advise against staying here and recommend looking for other options in Jaipur. This was a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience.

Hotel has big potential, staff are nice and friendly, restaurant had Christmas music on far too loud, roof bar that isn’t mentioned on the site is much better and cheaper for dinner, you have to endure the main restaurant for breakfast.
My room was the smallest room imaginable, never stayed in an IHG property with a shoe box for a room, it was acceptable, just very odd.
Had nightmare neighbours that loved to party until 4am - security had to have a word 2 consecutive nights
Good location for a relaxing stay.

Hotel continues to offer one of the best service standards. My stay was again relaxing enough. Staff is always available and approachable. Dining experience gets affected a little when hotel is at full capacity, but the handling is still better than many other locations.
Few issues with Hot Showers were observed this time, so hoping to have the same fixed before the next visit. Internet Speed also continues to be extremely slow. Work from hotel therefore is not very efficient. My stay is primarily for business purpose, so would be difficult to continue the visits if the issue isn't fixed. The issue was not resolved in 2024 so hoping to see a change in the new year.
