Bathroom had mold no shelf to put personal hygiene in shower caddy was unlocked shampoo was hanging off the duvet was inside out and on wrong alarm, clock was not set properly 9 o’clock. There was hardly no breakfast.
Bed was comfortable however clean sheets would be nice

Amazing staff, great area, comfortable beds but noisy halls. I could hear every door open and close, I could clearly hear conversations in the hall between people which caused me to be woken up by doors clicking open and slamming shut. Breakfast was average, could have had better options but staff was very friendly and service was good. Room was not detailed clean but the other areas on the hotel were clean.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and I never have been disappointed. The beds are comfortable and a good selection for breakfast. Easy access to the hotel yet it semi-private parking.

Could have been cleaner and better kept. Not the most comfortable place I've stayed in. There was inadequate seating for just relaxing in the room. The decor tried too hard to be modern and was off-putting. Breakfast was free but not enjoyable or worth the effort. A microwave would have been handy in the breakfast area (one was available in the room, but we didn't want to take breakfast back up). The property was located near to most anything you might want, but I probably wouldn't choose it again.

The room is very big and very comfortable for all the family members.
Breakfast choices are amazing.
Pool and hot tub are enjoyable.

Front desk staff is very rude. We needed extra pillow nad blanket which front desk manger said you didnt have. Black mold and ants all over bathroom and dirty yellow stuff on the sheets . I asked for new sheets and front desk lady said no her problem. Hotel is sold out dela with it. Im a gold member and super un happy with the stay here. When we arrive we sat at front desk for 25 mins before we were helped.

I recently stayed at this Holiday Inn, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, I had to wait over 30 minutes at the front desk without anyone in sight to check us in. Once we got to our room, we noticed several issues, including stains in the tub and watermarks on one of the chairs. After a long drive, we were just hoping to unpack and relax.
The service during our stay left much to be desired. The staff was incredibly rude, which really put a damper on our time. We traveled over five hours and wanted to unwind in the community area with friends, but the lights were turned off without any notice. When we attempted to stay in the area, we were informed that we couldn’t remain there after 10 PM, even though the health area was supposed to be open until 11 PM.
We faced a similar situation on Saturday night, with lights being turned off around 8 PM. Having stayed at Holiday Inns many times before, I’ve always enjoyed warm and welcoming staff, but this experience was a stark contrast. I hope they can improve their service in the future, as it really affected our overall stay.

When I arrived the check in was fine. After checking in everything else went down hill. The room was clean but the bathroom door squeaked like a haunted house door. The air conditioner was loud and shook. The water pressure was low. The walls and ceiling had nice art work on them from all the paint patches. The night staff was rude. The breakfast was empty and the tables were dirty. The IHG hotels are usually my first choice but this one I will not be staying at again.
Great location but unfortunately the service was horrible, lights in room didn’t work, and don’t plan to socialize as you will get kicked out!

Disappointed in this hotel, bad customer service, not enough breakfast, and couldn’t even use the breakfast/lobby area to relax with travel families on a Friday/Saturday evening.
