Never could get a reservation using app or calling. Tried 8 days - app took me in circles. Used chat to make reservation & was told (after being on phone for 45 mins that they had technical issues. Day of stay still having issues.

Located a little ways back from the busy highway with asy access and ample parking, even for trailers.
Only one elevator but close to service entrance. Spacious lobby and dining area for excellent breakfast.
Nice standard room was, multiple TV channels and micro kitchen- a window opens a little.
In the hot summer there would be a lot of power consumed but this location does get some breezes.

The staff and facility made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Special thanks to Miguel for his friendly and helpful demeanor that made the check-in process feel smooth and easy. I recommend this hotel above others.
Room Echo and you can hear everything in the hall

The check in was super fast - but the gentleman was not friendly at all - room was large and huge ceiling however it echoed insanely bad - just whispering sounded loud - the pull out couch mattress was thin and folded in at the center - we had to go to front to ask for sheets and pillows - once put on they were way to large for the bed but we just left it be - we have an autistic toddler who was very irregulated and not happy - he cried for a bit trying to get him to bed and with the echo it was rough - and we worried so much about everyone outside our room - because we could hear anyone walking by - literally we could hear what everyone was talking about as they walked by - there was no insulation anywhere - that continued through the night - anyone walked by and we could hear footsteps or talking - made for a rough sleep - in the bathroom it was clean enough - however we did have at least 3 spiders that I killed - not sure about the other 2 adults with me - the bathtub filled up with water when shower was on - the amenities were nice and brand name Dove - breakfast was mediocre but expected that - my frustrations were more in the echo of room and the sounds from outside

Check in was easy and quick. Desk clerk was able to accomodate our request for a quiet room. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was typical hotel fare; however, food that should be hot (eggs, sausage, potatoes, etc) was barely lukewarm and the food that should be cold (milk, yogurt) was less than chilled. Overall, though, hotel is nicely located and we would definitely stay again.

The room was next to the elevator and maintainence area where staff goes in and out. The staff had a machine going on the second night which kept me awake. You should have your people do cleaning during the day.
Someone vandalized my car that night in your parking lot. They put tar all over a sticker and now I can’t get the tar off my window.

The pool and hottub were out of service, again! They've been out of service since my last visit, June, 2024, and from my trip before that, in Dec., 2023. If these aren't working, the hotel should advertise this on their site, before a room is booked, and the rooms should be less money.
Breakfast was bad. Oatmeal was cold, no regular sausage and only omelets, no scrambled eggs. Pastry's in a bag to go, no fresh pastry. Overall pretty bad.

We had a 2-night stay at the hotel for family Tahoe ski tip, convenient location, friendly staff, great free breakfast, and hotel is quite clean and relatively new. Overall a pretty good hotel and nice stay. I would recommend it.

We had a great time at Holiday Inn Express in Minden, NV. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and welcoming when you get inside. I would recommend this location to anyone visiting this area!

Everything was Perfect! Affordable. Good location, kind and attentive staff, room had everything needed including both fridge and microwave, desk, adequate USB and 120V outlets. WiFi wasn't great but I just used my phone as a hotspot. Clean and quiet. I will stay here again when I am in the area. HIGHLY recommended - I've been in a TON of hotels in my lifetime.

From the moment we arrived to the time we left everything was above the typical level that we have experienced at a Holiday Inn.
Great job by everyone at this location.
