front desk clerk very helpful and knowledgeable. Room was fresh and very clean. Cleaner and bigger than the resort we just stayed in.

absolutely amazing. breakfast was off the chart with what was offered and available. so many different things to choose from and the front desk clerk and breakfast attendant were top notch. very clean rooms and were very large.

Was aggrevated because we came because of bad weather. After being there for a couple of hours. The lights went off and were off for hours. We had our pregnant daughter and she was hot and sick. Would have figured they would have had a generator for backup power. Was very disappointed with it. So we left at 12.00 midnight and went elsewhere.
Great Room - Fragrance in Lobby Takes your Breath Away

Great location, clean, comfortable room, TV doesn't allow you to use your firestick, so can't watch your shows. I won't stay there again, mostly because the fragrance in the lobby and BOTH elevators is so strong I gagged the whole way to my room. Why don't people realize fragrances are carcinogenic and some people are really sensitive? Luckily the room had no fragrance.

The hotel was easily located right off the highway, the staff was friendly, check in/out was a breeze. The hotel and rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

The power went out which was no fault to the Hotel however there was no communication on the matter. We didn't know what happened or the plan. Someone should of reached out to the Guests and give an update.

The room was very clean as well as the bathroom but, it was a broken chair in the room that was a hazard. The breakfast was ok. The only problem I had was that the power went out during the storm for about 3 hours but they accommodated me for that so that's a plus. Overall I would come back to this location because they did try to fix everything I pointed out and they were very friendly throughout the whole stay.

We came down last minute to go to Mardi Gras festivaties and we didn't have reservations but we were greeted with finding a room at a reasonable price. Great and friendly staff all the way around. We will definitely be staying with them again next time we go!!!!

After a long drive, we were warmly greeted as we checked in which was quick and easy. We were very tired from our long drive, so we were happy to find great pillows, and a very comfortable bed. The next morning we woke up hungry, so we made a beeline for the breakfast. The lady attendant warmly greeted us, and pointed out where the popular items were located. She worked hard to make sure everything was stocked, and even warmed up our coffee which was unexpected. An excellent way to start the day.
