I dont use other motels. I have always had a great experience when using IHG.

Excellent facility. The staff friendly and professional. Happy with ease of checking in and the friendly atmosphere. The room was clean and well taken care of. Breakfast excellent with good variety of food and drink.

Our stay started off with the front desk person arguing with the cleaning staff in Spanish. After listening to their dispute for several minutes, we were able to check in. I was not greeted as a Platinum Elite Guest or given any points/reward for our stay. When I checked back later at the front desk, I was told that a manager would add points. As the time of this review, no points have been added to my account. The room, 424, was dirty and showed a lot of wear. The TV did not work and button to call the front desk on the phone did not work either. I had to call the front desk on my cell and restart the TV. The Hot Tub was out of service and the olipitical machines in the gym didn't work. We stayed for 2 days and our room was not cleaned. The elevator button on the 4th floor was broken as well. We had to walk down to the 3rd floor or call the front desk to get the elevator sent up to the 4th floor. The breakfast bar didn't have a good selection like other IHG Hotels we have stayed in. I called the front desk and no one answered. I am still waiting for my $100 deposit to be credited back to my card. I asked the front desk person to have the manager to call me. I still have not recieved a call. Worst IHG Property/Staff I have experienced. Not recommended.

Maintenance person needs to be available when problem arises and not wait until Monday, breakfast needs upgrading.
Comfortable bed, great service, and breakfast was great.

Our stay was great. The hot tub, pool, and breakfast was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I’ve stayed a few times at this location while visiting my son at U of U. I will never stay here again. I could not get maid service no matter how many times I requested it, finally had to go buy my own toilet paper and Kleenex. Left 3 days early to stay elsewhere as I had no clean towels left to use.

Pulled in off the freeway on our way home from a road trip. One night stay. Great customer service. This location is undergoing renovations to the front desk area - don't be put off by this. The room was comfortable and spacious.
Lies about deposits and what’s promoted on the website

I booked a reservation as a military member as it said “No deposit required”. When I went to check in, they still required a deposit. Not only does it state on the site, app and email confirmation, it does not state that it’s “No deposit required “ for the reservation and not the room itself which doesn’t even make sense. Customer service said that it’s no deposit for making the reservation but you still have to pay a deposit for the room which is a scam and I’ve never paid a deposit just to make a reservation and it’s not listed anywhere that there are two separate deposits.
The room had some stains in the carpet and the curtains don’t close all the way. There’s a see through curtain between the thick curtain that doesn’t block out light when you try to sleep.
Yes, I did check the fine print and policies and no it is not listed and explained.
Personally I feel it’s a scam to get you to book the room then show up and pay a deposit anyway, because who even has ever paid a deposit for a reservation and also paid a deposit for the room being reserved?
Don’t waste your money or time.
Do not stay at this location…

The quality of service especially breakfast has diminished greatly since I stayed here last year. There are a few renovations being done in the front lobby, and it seems as if the hotel staff is using that as an excuse for all of their services to be way below average.

When I went to check in, I had to wait at the front counter for over 20 minutes for an employee to check me in and when he finally came out, he was rude and made me feel like an inconvenience to him. After I was checked in my TV was not working and when I went back to the counter again, I had to wait so walked into the back office and he was just staring at the TV with all the cameras. I asked for him to help me with my TV issue and said he would but never showed up to my room to see what the issue was. I stay over 200 nights in hotels a year for work and will take this one off my list when in the Salt Lake area. There was no extra toilet paper in the bathroom and only a little left on the roll. Room was not prepared very well.

I believe this was a very old hotel. There was a bunch of renovations going on, but the entire hotel needs a face lift.
Cold hot tub. Front desk guys were very rude.

The front desk guys were terrible and very rude. We were right by the elevator so it was loud. Cleanliness was good. Breakfast was awful with very little variety. Hot tub was cold.
