Nhận phòng khủng khiếp. Tôi đã là hội viên ihg hơn 10 năm và tôi thực sự chỉ trải qua sự thô lỗ này một lần trước đây. Nhưng các thương hiệu khác tôi có phần thưởng chuyên nghiệp hơn.

Khi nhận phòng, chúng tôi không được chào đón với tư cách là một hội viên, không có đề cập đến bữa sáng tự chọn hoặc wi-fi. phòng ĐẦU TIÊN của chúng tôi chỉ là 56°. good airport hotel for pre-trip and parking/shuttle option

Our room had a pile of dirty towels when we first walked in. I think they were accidentally left behind by the person cleaning the room. Other than that the room was spotless. The location of the hotel is great for an airport run and we went out to dinner on the river which was a short jaunt away. Bedding was high quality and mattress was super comfortable. The only slight struggle was arranging the shuttle. I was told to call before checking in which I did but others in our party arranged it upon check-in which was so much easier.

I love staying at Holiday Inn Express!
I am never disappointed.
The beds, pillows, bath, breakfast…biscuits… the amenities provided.
Okay maybe a little disappointed. I’d love to see ice cream in the freezer section and Diet Dr Pepper as a beverage option.
I’ve stayed in NYC, Boise, Ontario and Keizer Oregon, Oregon Coast, Orange County, and Sacramento to name a few places and each time I’ve left happy!

The location is amazing! The checkin and checkout process was quick and smooth. The room was comfortable and had open space for our 2 year old to play around. The staff was super helpful. Breakfast was good as well. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express & Suites – Sacramento Airport Natomas and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, there were issues that made my stay uncomfortable and frustrating.
First, the room itself was a major disappointment. It was not clean very well when I arrived and there were black spots on the tile floor, and it did not look like it was cleaned properly. We also tried to get hot water in our room from the sink and shower, and it took a long time. We had to let the hot water run over ten minutes until it was of a sufficient temperature to take a hot shower.
Secondly, during our stay we requested the room to be cleaned the night before, and the room was not cleaned and when we asked why, the hotel staff replied, “we are too busy to clean all the rooms and did not the staff available to clean the rooms.” We requested that we at least get our towels replaced and the trash emptied, and this took many hours to get a staff member to come to our room to assist us with the fresh towels and disposal of our trash.
Our room was equipped with an occupancy sensor that turned the light over the lavatory on. We tried to turn it off as every time we got up during the night the light would turn on and we had to shut it off manually. This was very inconvenient as it woke up everyone in the room and we could not disable the light during nighttime hours. Sometimes during the day, the light would not come on and we had to turn the light on manually.
We regularly stay at Holiday Inn Express and Suites due to the breakfast items available. During this time, we had eggs and hot food items that were cold just after just coming out of the kitchen. Also, there were very limited fruit items, and no bananas.
Customer service was unhelpful throughout my stay. When I raised concerns, the staff were either dismissive or offered vague apologies without taking any real action.
We expected a much higher standard as we are Dimond Club Members, and we have never experienced this much inconvenience at a Holiday Inn Express in our recent memory. I understand that no hotel is perfect, but basic cleanliness, hospitality, and maintenance should not be negotiable.
I do not recommend staying at this location and will not be returning in the future.

Overall, this hotel is great. I was very disappointed in the staff, especially the front desk, this time (we have stayed here plenty). When we got there to check in, there was nobody at the desk. Nobody anywhere. Finally, an older gentleman who worked there was in the seating area and asked if we needed to check in. He went to "find someone". It took several minutes, and then slowly, out came this younger guy who acted like we were imposing. Guess he was on a smoke break or something. Zero conversation. No diamond recognition (I had to ask for the amenity points) and no info whatsoever. We requested daily light housekeeping at check-in (which I suspect he did not note, as we only got it one day). The second day, I had to call down (all we needed were towels, trash, and coffee). A while later, someone from housekeeping came with a bunch of towels balanced on her arm with some coffee. She asked me where I wanted them! Really? Um, towels...in the bathroom? Coffee by the coffee pot? And she proceeded to stack them on the sink. I asked her if she could at least hang them where they belong. She did not have a trash bag, so she had to come back. Never took the dirty towels from the floor. So, even though the hotel itself is good, and the location is perfect, this time the staff was a zero. Hopefully, someone actually reads these and has some customer service training. We choose IHG brands for a reason...consistency, and they missed the mark on this one. Yes, in the grand scheme of life, this is not major, but when you expect great service, you should receive it.

Decent hotel, clean & tidy, secure, free parking. Booked a King room, room was a nice size with bed, table, small sofa, kitchenette, full bathroom. Was a little tricky to find the bathroom light switches, they were not in a logical place--switches were outside of bathroom on opposite wall of main room.

Modern and well appointed lobby. Clean and obviously well taken care of. The maintenance and housekeeping staff are to be commended.
The fitness center is very small and has minimal equipment; basically three treadmills and a set of dumbbells. There's enough there to get in a little cardio and a few lifting exercises, but not much else.
The pool is located off the front lobby and it was neat and clean with fresh pool towels available.
The food pantry had a minimal selection of treats. It struck me odd that there was no ice cream selections available for the kids, and there was no offering of any type of healthier choices. It was mostly comprised of junk food and a few frozen microwavable selections that had no nutritional value.
Worthy of important note; this HIE is stationed right in the center of shopping and eating establishments, and less than 10 minutes from SMF departure gates. The location is excellent.
The clerked that checked us in however, acted as if there were a thousand other places she'd rather be. Unfriendly, to a point of almost seeming angry that she had to check us in. She offered no information about the area or about the hotel's amenities (pool closing time, breakfast hours, etc) and no directions to our room. No worries. We gathered all that info on our own, but it was odd in comparison to other HEI properties.
Also worthy of note, the young lady who checked us out in the early morning was a pleasure. Very friendly and professional.

My preferred choice is a room on the top floor but they didn’t have any ready due to lack of staff. I told the sweet girl at the front that we would take whatever was available which was a mistake. Our room had room temperature water in the shower at best and the water did not drain, when we called to ask for a room change they didn’t have anything to give us.
