Guest services were exceptional upon checking in. The breakfast was as we expected and one of the reasons we like Holiday Inn Express. It is convenient and easy and a good way to start the day.

Very well kept Holiday Inn with convenient shuttle to the local beaches. Everyone was friendly and courteous. There was even a washer and dryer which came in handy to dry swimsuit before departing!

Awful hotel, filthy place rude staff no cleaning, terrible manager, flees from lots pf pets in rooms, expect to be bit badly all over.

The hotel staff was great but it became clear why. The hotel director was excellent with his ability to connect with customers and help when needed. We had a great stay. The location was great too. It was a 6 min drive to Redington Beach

From the location to the staff, our entire experience was amazing. Initially when I checked in we booked a standard room and asked to be switched to a king bed only. This was a quick and easy process. The staff were amazing and very professional. Easy access to places to eat and beaches.

Prior to my arrival I had to change my reservation when I called the hotel I had spoken to the manager, and he was a great help in changing my reservation. When I arrived at the hotel, I got a chance to meet the manager and he was very professional and courtesy. If all hotels had managers like him, it would make it a very difficult decision to decide where to stay.
Close to beach- but beach motels better??

The jacuzzi may have lacked chlorine (bathing suit started stinking after one use in jacuzzi) and pool not really heated (as front desk informed), coffee maker didn’t work, and microwave malfunctioned. Property clean but breakfast boring! After a few days of my two week stay I wished I was staying at a motel by the beach!

Upon my arrival there were some minor things that needed to be corrected. I called the front desk and Alton came and rectified the problem as quickly as possible. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

mi esposo y yo pasamos dos dias relajados en una habitacion muy limpia, fresca; la cama es lo maximo por que descansamos muchisimos, el hotel exclente atencion, limpio y el personal atento, educado y servicial. gracias
