This was a personal (not business) trip so was able to spend more time in the room and at breakfast. The atmosphere was nice and spacious, parking lot was well lit, receptionist was courteous and knowledgeable. There are lots of lighting options in the room and charging ports, great temperature control, great water pressure and space in the shower, and a small screened portion of the window opens for fresh air. The toilet could use an upgrade and shampoo the carpet. Overall it's a decent room and the facility is nice. Breakfast had plenty of options. Convenient location.

We had an excellent stay at this facility, and the staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms were clean, and the noise was at a minimum. The breakfast was exceptional, they had an excellent variety to choose from, and I personally haven't had had a good breakfast experience at IHG since pre covid. This staff deserves praise. I want to thank everyone from top to bottom for and outstanding stay and let them know it was appreciated.

All breakfast foods were warm ,fresh and amazing.
I enjoyed it in the early morning .

Missed the mark.

I have stayed here in the past and it was nice. This trip, however was different. The pool was closed, television satellite was only not working, and our room was looking a little run down.

The staff was very nice and apologetic, but after a long day of driving we just found it disappointing.

Booked a reward night but was charged for it. Called and was told I would get a refund but that still hasn’t happened. Any attempt to call since has ended with no one picking up the phone. Not to mention the hotel is in bad condition. Pieces missing out of the doors in the hallways and the rooms. Mildew smell from the air conditioner. Bathtub was clogged. Tile looked dirty. Mystery things on the walls. I would avoid.

There are other Holiday Inn Express'

I am a fan of the IHG brand but this hotel missed the mark. Charging stations inoperable, room televisions not working and overall customer service not up to par. There are two other IHG hotels to try in this area.

Dirty room , pool was green and disgusting, breakfast no pancakes and the sausage looked like it had been sitting there for days .

Beds were good and room was clean for the most part. My friend said the tub looked dirty, the exhaust vent was filthy dirty for the bathroom. The pancake machine was broken at breakfast with no sign posted it was down untill I mentioned it. Juice machine was watered down so it didn't taste like orange or apple juice very much. Microwave glass plate didn't fit microwave so when I tried to put a coffee cup in it didn't rotate and cup started to burn. Outlets by bed and under TV to plug in USB cord to charge phone or plug in anything didn't work either. Good thing I wasn't staying long to go swimming as the pool was as closed and green. (Can't post picture I took of it) Room 408. For a Holiday Inn chain this location needed some updates and is just average. I've stayed at better Holiday Inn locations.

Enjoyed the hotel, it was comfortable, clean, temperature was easy to control and staff was friendly. Breakfast was prepped when they said it would be. There were no complaints or problems that needed to be addressed

The bathroom was full of mold, shower curtain was
Orange at bottom and tub didn’t drain.

The room was great but I missed my upholstered chair rather than just a desk chair.

Nice rooms, quiet location but pool is closed :-(

Frustrated that the pool was closed (had been since they tried to open it) but this was not shared on the IHG site or their website -- I chose this location in part for the pool.
