Poppy Delevingne celebrated the third anniversary of her prosecco, Della Vite, in the Apsley Suite’s remarkable dining space, enjoying a menu overseen by Chef Patron Theo Randall. With whimsical touches of autumnal nature and thoughtful gestures including a bespoke DeVine cocktail, this intimate gathering blended Poppy’s playful aesthetic with the distinctive Mayfair elegance of InterContinental London Park Lane.
Through careful curation by InterContinental, the Apsley Suite was transformed into a scene inspired by English literature in a tribute to Della Vite’s storied success. The table was adorned with seasonal arrangements of pheasant feathers, figs, foliage, and orchard fruits, dressed in tumbling dark green ivy and lit by warm candlelight.
Poppy celebrated with her inner circle — 11 of her closest family and friends. They were treated to tarot card readings, a personalised cocktail menu including The DeVine and The Piccadilly Poppy, and contemporary beats played from a vintage gramophone. Thoughtful surprises included written messages of congratulations from friends and family, personalised prosecco carriers with a paired liquor, and initialled silk eye masks awaiting each guest as they returned to their room.

Overseen by Chef Patron Theo Randall, who received his first Michelin star in 1997, the Italian menu included canapés of Torta Di Pasta Frollo, hand garnished with shaved truffle, followed by Ravioli Di Aragosta filled with Dorset blue lobster and shellfish broth, fennel tops and roasted Datterini tomatoes, and a decadent desert table of sweet treats including Amalfi Lemon Tart, Cannoli Vanilla Ricotta Cheesecake, and Sacripantina.
