Wugong Temple

Wugong Temple is located in Haikou City of Hainan Province. It was built in the Ming Dynasty in memorial of five historical celebrities who had been relebrated to Hainan in Tang and Song dynasties.Wugong TempleCovering an area of more than 2800 square meters, the temple constitutes the Guanjia Hall, Xupu Hall and East Building, and linked up into a single stretch with the Sugong Temple, Fubo Temple, Qinbai Pavilion, Dongzhuo Pavilion, Suquan Pavilion, Xixin Pavilion and Youxian Cave.

Tomb of Hai Rui is situated in the western outskirts of Haikou City, 5 kilometers (3.1 miles) from the civic center. It was originally built in 1589 during the Ming Dynasty. With an area of over 4,000 square meters (4784 square yards), the layout was designed according to the level of the official titles at that time. Today it is rated as the Key Cultural Relic Preservation of Hainan Province.
