Spacious common areas and clean

The hotel was conveniently located for our needs and had the amenities that we enjoy - work out center, pool and business center. The common areas were spacious, so it was easy to meet up with colleagues and socialize. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good.

Travel to NJ ... Stay at the Crown Plaza? ... Pick another hotel.

Clean hotel. Small rooms. Polite staff. Difficult to find. Not worthy of 4 stars. Not what you would expect from a Crown Plaza hotel. Recommend staying at another hotel.

A Very Bad Experience

The following things went wrong at a recent stay: 1. All computers in Business Center broken. 2. Elevators old, slow and dirty; one was held together inside with painter's masking tape. 3. Room service trays for other rooms were left in the hall for several hours. 4. Housekeeping service in our room (which we left for the day at 8:00 AM) did not start until about 4:30 PM. 5. Housekeeping left one bath towel (for two people) instead of the standard three. 6. The reception desk was frequently unattended. 7. The housekeeper spoke no English whatsoever, thus making it difficult to ask her a question. 8. People are permitted to smoke much too close to the front door, thus permitting smoke to drift into the lobby. 8. Upon arrival, the shower floor was dirty with the last occupant's black hair.

With this being said, I would like to address some of your concerns starting with the computers in our business center. There are two out of the three computers that are currently unavailable due to a system upgrade that we are in the process of, and will be completed in the near future. Also, housekeeping services are provided until evening and your room may have been a room that was taken care before the end of a shift. We do accept request for early service and try our very best to meet them.
