I really had a hard time trying to open my room door. It doesn´t matter how many times the maintenance personal went to fix the doors they kept failing once and again. I later found out that several oher guests had the same issue in their own room in different floors.
You had no option but to try opening your door once and again for up to 10 minutes.
You had to go all the way downstairs at the lobby to re program your card key but that was not really the issue.
The hotel administration just never fixed it. I had to stay 6 nights and this issue was never solved.

Muy buen servicio, atención amable del personal y en particular quiero agradecer a todo el equipo del hotel por el apoyo durante la contingencia en Acapulco debido a la tormenta Manuel.
