Superb experience!

This hotel is modern, classy and good value.The staff friendly and helpful.
Having stayed four nights in this hotel we found everything just about perfect. The room was modern and well appointed, with coffee machine and kettle. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious.Breakfast was excellent with loads of choices from pastries to fresh fruit and hot dishes.
This is one of the best Crowne Plaza hotels we have stayed at recently.
We would most certainly return on our next visit to Montpellier.

nettes, modernes Hotel mit gut eingerichteten Zimmern, Swimmingpool und kleinem Fitnessbereich.

Empfangspersonal sehr nett.

Früchstück für Frankreich sehr gut, natürlich darf man keine deutsche Brötchenauswahl erwarten.

Check in check out problems

I checked in at 11.30 pm very tired and bothered by a acute pain in my right leg. The entrance card I was given did not work and I had to go back to the desk and wait because of other guest until I was given a new on. I also noticed that the address on my bill wa sin correct by the clerk said it was going to be corrected at check out.That didn't happen as I checked out at 5.30 am because of the strike of Air France. Very bad experience with the personnel at the desk.
