Poor Service, Room Fine

The reception was unfriendly. Check out was 11am. We were phoned at 10.30 to kick us out of the room. When we phoned reception no one was available. When we went down to reception to request a late checkout, reception was unaccomodating and unfriendly. Once we were finished speaking to reception, our elevator key would no longer work. The checkout line was very long. I was not able to collect rewards as we booked on booking.com. Other than that, the room is fine and compfortable.

Biz stay at Crown Plaza Montpellier

Rude manager and staff. Was charged a late check out fee for 30 mins late check out. Staff does not speak English

terrible concierge service

The front desk and concierge service were nonexistent. they created problems rather than provide information or even give you packages sent for you. i will never go back.

Clean hotel with great service

Staff were very helpful upon arrival, telling us the best way to get around Montpellier. The decor is fairly modern and the bedrooms are clean. The only issue we had was that our air conditioning was poor/not working, and as a consequence our room was a bit hot and stuffy.
