As a platinum guest, I expected a finer treatment. Hotel staff used the excuse that the hotel was "fully booked", hence I stayed on the 3rd floor.
According to other reviews I see that platinum guests received executive floor and lounge access. My treatment was definitely different. It disappoints me that the hotel staff treats different guest in different manner even though we are both platinum.
In all my other platinum stays in the IHG locations I am honored with a complementary breakfast, while here this doesn't exist.
I am also a Platinum member in other chains such as SPG, and even in stays in properties in Israel, as a platinum guest I always receive the deserved treatment. For some reason the staff at this property are perhaps unaware of the importance of a loyalty guest.

This is my 5th time in the hotel.
The Family room feet also families with 2-3 children, the pool is very nice & the stuff make an effort.
For 3 star hotel it gives more than expected !!
