Our four Valencia hotels include central locations as well as options a little further from the centre of the city. As the 3rd largest city in Spain, Valencia is a popular business destination and much loved tourist spot.
Sitting on the Balearic Sea Coast, Valencia has beautiful beaches which attract plenty of tourists. But they’re not the only draw. The city also houses some impressive landmarks, including Palacio del Marques de Dos Aguas, Plaza de la Virgen and Torres de Quart.
The city is home to almost 40 museums, including the impressive City of the Arts and Sciences, the Lladro Factory and the Museum of Natural Sciences.
If you’ve got time to spare after wandering around, taking in the museums and enjoying the beaches, then you might want to hit the shops. Barrio del Carmen is great for alternative shops, while Mercado de Colon is a bustling market with plenty of choice.
The Spanish football league is world class and Valencia spoils visitors with two teams based in the city. Valencia CF play at the Mestalla Stadium and Levante UD play at Estadi Ciutat de València. Even if you’re unable to catch a game at either stadium, a tour is a great way to spend an afternoon.
As Spain’s 3rd largest city, Valencia is within easy reach of the UK, thanks to direct flights from most major cities including London and Manchester. The city is also well connected by rail to other major cities in Spain, Portugal and France.
However long you’re spending in Valencia and whatever the reason for your stay, check in to one of our Valencia hotels and let us be your base for a brilliant Spanish city break.
