If you have stayed in many hotels and are constantly being let down by annoying omissions and lack of attention to detail, then Crowne Plaza Beirut could be the hotel for you. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Complain First I would like to thanx all z stff for being so helpful to correct aa fault as I always book in advance and request to have a room at 18 or 19 floor but what has been found upon my check in a room on the 12 th floor although i always book in advance 1 month and also i am a regular customer to this hotel and he check in guy was so helpful to change the requested room to the 18th floor , but the room wasnt prepare for a platinum guest as there was no fruits or any welcoming or even a greeting for the new year so I am thinking to move out from this hotel to another .
