Como en el resto de España, la mayoria de las tiendas abren de 10 a 14 horas, y mas tarde, abren de 5 a 9 de la noche. Cierran al mediodia. Pero recuerde que en la zona hay tres centros comerciales, abiertos los 365 días del año de 10 de la mañana a 22 en la noche.

Frühstück im Nomad: hervorragend, nett und zuvorkommend; Fontana: super Qualität und super freundlicher Service; Golf Club House: sehr nett und gute Snacks; Nomad: freundliche Bedienung, super Essen; The Clover: langsam, und unfreundlich: Grill-Steak-House: unfreundlich, langsam und Qualität nicht überzeugend. Das Golfsekretariat war sehr freundlich, jedoch wurde auf eine Beschwerde nicht wirklich eingegangen und ein anderer Golfer der sich komplett unanständig und unkorrekt verhielt nicht entsprechend zurecht gewiesen. Schade... Die Sauberkeit des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Pool, Zimmer, Restaurant sind sehr einladend. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. July 27, 2015

    Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Lovely Hotel, very poor service The fabric of the hotel itself is lovely. Well maintained and clean. Our room was very nice, everything worked, from the hairdryer to the TV and iron. The view of the pool was a sight for sore eyes. However, the service in every area except reception and the Nomad restaurant was poor. The Clover Bar - staff couldn't have been any less interested in either greeting or serving the very people that pay their wages, they were in fact rude, and had we not been such a captive audience, we would never had used the place. There is no other real alternative for drink and any form of entertainment in the evenings. You could blame this on being understaffed, which on occasion they were, we did however experience being totally ignored, standing not two feet away and totally ignored by 3 staff standing behind the bar chatting with apparently nothing to do! La Fontana Di Pietra - The food wasn't bad, excluding the dessert, which was forgettable. Once again the service let it down, with no cutlery for our main course, drinks not refilled, table not cleared and waiting ages to settle the bill. Short staffed in this restaurant yet again. Disappointingly, the restaurant had a canteen feel to it too. Nomad - Very nice breakfast. Lovely food, coffee, tea's. Service was very good until the weekend when it was very busy and again understaffed. Over a dozen people waiting for tables to be cleared, some cleared them themselves, which is surely unacceptable in a 5* hotel? Dinner in this restaurant was excellent, pure 5*. Spa - Tried using the hairdressers in the spa, but they only work until 2pm - reception assured me they worked until 7pm. They did not. Who wants their hair done in the morning??? We want to spend the day at the beach, pool, playing golf etc and have our hair done for the evening - this confounded me no end. It goes without saying I didn't use them, I traveled 10 minutes to Torre Pacheco and used the local hairdresser (Fashion Low Cost - terrible name, but very good service and extremely cheap). The Pool - nearly perfect. Great temperature, clean and well tended, we would often sit on our balcony and watch the staff test the quality of the water and clean the pool. To make it perfect, I would have loved some service around the pool. I bet adding just one member of staff to provide poolside service (even if only at peak times) would more than pay for itself, we certainly would have consumed more had the hotel facilitated it. It was quite sad to witness customers reserving sunbeds with their towels for several hours. I think a time limit on unattended towels should be introduced or the practice banned altogether. At the weekend there were dozens of 'empty' beds, no people on or using them, but towels on them, this is so selfish and really should be addressed by the management. In summary, we really like the hotel, the breakfast, Nomad and the pool, but the service simply has to improve in order for us to return a third time. July 12, 2015
